Description of Work: Installed 3 levels of stair carpeting with 3 landings Installers were polite and on time. The installation was terrible! There were hundreds of staples and they were clearly visible. The edges of the carpet did not fit the landings well and the carpeting looked unprofessional and shoddy; they did not vacuum up sufficiently so small tufts and little pieces were left on the stairs for us to clean up. Within a month we had another carpet dealer (Kanters carpet and Design Center- review will follow) install new carpeting and they took over an hour to remove all the staples. The installers told us that incorrect staples were used and worse is that Carpet World actually used the OLD padding from our prior 10 year stair carpet. Prices may be affordable but quality that we were shown was substandard . Carpet World should be avoided for wall to wall installations. P.
