 + -1 moreThey were not great but they were good. It costed us about $5000. There was only one negative aspect about this experience. The carpet on some stairs is wearing down. I think it is the type of carpet that is not suitable for the stairs. They did not advise us about it. Other than that, they were good. I cannot comment on the price because I don?t know the numbers off hand. I would consider using them in the future.
Description of Work: Carpet World of Westchester installed carpets in several rooms and some staircases about 3 years ago.

 + -1 moreThey did a great job! They worked with us to stay within budget. They were quick and installed it a week after we ordered it. They were done in about two and a half hours. I was very impressed and the whole crew worked very hard.
Description of Work: They installed Berber carpet in our master bedroom, hallway, and stairway.

 + -1 moreTHE PRICES ARE RIGHT. THE SERVICE IS GOOD AND THE PEOPLE ARE NICE. I GOT A PROMPT RESPONSE FROM THEM WHEN I CALLED. THEY GAVE ME A FREE QUOTE AND STAYED WITHIN THE ESTIMATE. THEY GOT THE WORK DONE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO FRIENDS.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE A GOOD COMPANY. THEIR PROMPTNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM WERE GOOD. THE QUALITY OF CARPET WAS ADEQUATE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND THEY DID THEIR JOB WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO IT. THEY WERE ABLE TO DO THE JOB QUICKLY. THEY CAME EARLY AND THEY WERE ABLE TO INSTALL IT SOON.
