This company was amazing! I called and the Owner himself was able to come right out to my home and gave me a detailed Estimate for new Gutters with lids, completely fixing my rotting fascia and soffits. The estimate was very reasonable so my husband and I decided to hire them to do all the work. They performed the work exactly as stated in the estimate and contract. The project went so well we decided to have them come right back to give us a bathroom remodel estimate. We hired them again! They covered and prepped all the floors, sealed all the adjoining rooms and even had air scrubbing machines. They removed all existing tiles and plaster, and installed hardieboard. They even helped me pick out the tile so it would coordinate with the paint. They installed a new vanity, toilet, plumbing, light fixtures , GFI outlets and put up a new medicine cabinet. I can't believe how beautiful of a job they did. Perfect timing for the Holidays! The service and quality of work was outstanding. They arrived on time and left everything in immaculate condition. I am so pleased with this company and will hire them for all of my future home improvement projects. They weren't the cheapest but they were the best!

They came to my home and installed new interior doors along with the door frames and hardware. They installed molding in my bedroom and chair rail in my living room along with wainscoting. Some touch up painting. Very efficient and job went great.

THE GUYS CAME OUT AND WERE ON TIME AND INSTALLED THE GUTTERS AND GUTTER HOODS AND REPAIRED AND REPLACED SECTIONS OF ROTTED FASCIA AND SOFFIT. VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED UP GREAT AT THE END OF THE DAY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

I had some woodpecker damage to my cedar siding. They came out and replaced some sections of cedar shakes in various areas of my home and painted them to match the rest of the siding. Since that project went so well, I had them come back to install some crown molding in two rooms of my house which required some custom cutting and installing. The fascia on my home had been damaged due to prior years ice damming. All fascia and gutters were replaced. My dog had chewed on two window sills in my house so I had them replace those as well. I was amazed at how professional each of the employees were and they cleaned up very nicely at the end of each day. I would definitely use them for any future projects as well as recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

C & A Building and Restoration has been my contractor for years. I originally hired them to install new gutters on my home along with gutter covers. That went so well I invited them back for some interior projects I had been contemplating for a long time but just hadn't found the right fit with a contractor yet. The work included replacement of all molding and trim in my entire house, replaced two interior and one exterior doors, painted three rooms, replaced the wood stairs and banister (they were about to collapse), replaced my bathroom window and made a few repairs on my covered deck. From start to finish the projects were all very expertly coordinated and I always knew what to expect from each employee. I took great comfort in their level of knowledge and years of experience. Anytime you need them they are always there to answer the phone! That is very rare these days! I can't wait until I get my tax return so I can have them do the kitchen remodel I have been dying to get done.
