This my second time using them because they are consistently great. They made my old house new again. Chris and his team were extremely professional and great at what they do.

They did a wonderful job. My off white carpet looks almost like new. I am very pleased.

I have used Bowerman Cleaning and Restoration for 15 years. They are the most careful, professional and courteous professionals I have ever met - and their prices are reasonable. They are so respectful of us and our home and are extremely diligent, working on stains, marks, etc. on our rugs and furniture for as long as it takes to get the best possible result. Additionally, they give tremendous care to our Persian rugs. We have also used Bowerman for restoration after we had a flood in the basement. They responded so quickly in this urgent time and were total perfectionists - and again, the cost was totally reasonable. Diego and his colleague helped us this week. They were OUTSTANDING- so polite, professional and diligent in getting the best result. I have recommended Bowerman to so many friends and neighbors over the years and they have all thanked me profusely for the recommendation . It is rare to have such a consistently high level of professionalism at a reasonable price .

I brought Bowerman in after another company dropped the ball on our water mitigation problem. They (Bowerman) were prompt, super-polite and knowledgeable. They explained thoroughly what they were going to do, and what equipment would be needed (dehumidifiers, airmovers) and then they did exactly that. They kept in touch for the duration of the project, and finished exactly when they said they would, and the job was completely and professionally completed. They also cleaned up after themselves, so you couldn't have known they were even there. Great experience overall, and I highly recommend them.

Extremely well. The company's representative, Rodrigo Marcelino was able to offer a satisfactory and less expensive alternative to the job I had envisioned. He was fair, honest and did excellent work on my ceiling. I would call Bowerman in a heart beat.

I called them Friday evening due to having water in my cellar from a heavy rain storm. They showed up Saturday morning and pull my floor up and carefully sectioned off the affected area then set up machines to dry it out. They came back 2 days later and cleaned up and took there equipment. Very pleased.

The rug was removed and cleaned and sanitized. It was costly but they did a good job in a timely fashion. The apartment was badly damaged as well and the workers who came in were professional and very polite.

The gentlemen that showed up did a fantastic job. They took their time and really did a beautiful job. The carpets have not looked this beautiful in a long time. They were absolutely fantastic. They were very courteous and polite. They sent a team of people immediately. They arrived immediately and the representative was a good listener and assist the situation. They had the people and the resources to assist the situation and did the work until it was completed. They came when they said they would. They attendd to my insurance representative. They were very easy to had and positive to had around. They focused in getting the job done and cared for the job. We highly recommend them. We also used them prior to that to clean the rugs and couches and they did amazing.

We had a leaky dishwasher that had affected the adjacent floor, cabinets and basement ceiling. We called them and they were very responsive. An employee contacted me within a few hours of talking to the company and we made an appointment for them to come in and assess the damage. He showed up on time, and walked us through what he noticed and was very patient with all of our questions. Unfortunately, this was the first time we were dealing with this kind of problem, so we were very ignorant of the process. After the walkthrough, we contacted the insurance and they told us to wait until an adjuster assessed the damage. We were always in contact with the company through text. The beginning process was slow, since we had to wait for our insurance to contact us and schedule their own walkthrough. Finally, we were able to start the mitigation process about a week after initially contacting the company. At this point we had more knowledge and information on the process and actual water damage. Work stated on a Friday. The project manager (PM) and a worker arrived on time and got to work immediately. When the work was discussed at first (the previous week) removing all of the lower cabinets and most of the kitchen floor was a “worst case scenario” level of mitigation, which would have created a cascade of other repairs, replacements and issues. Yet, this seemed to be the initial plan which I overheard as the two of them discussed their plan of action. When I asked about it, he told me what they planned to do. We were able to greatly minimize the plan, and had the sink, adjacent floor, cabinet toe kicks and an area of about 5x5 basement ceiling removed. They didn’t find any mold issue, and what they thought was mold they removed and took away. About 2 hours into the work, the PM left and never came back. At about 3pm, the work was finished and they left us with the dehumidifier and air purifier running, but no return date. By Saturday afternoon, I had texted the PM to ask when they would be back and it took a few hours to hear back from him. Finally getting an answer telling us he will be back Monday and would call me with a time. We never heard back. Monday morning, I contacted him again since we had no idea what time he would return, and this is when we started to change our opinion on the company. The PM arrived to remove the drying equipment, but seemed a little rushed. We had questions regarding the necessary repairs, for example what material would be necessary, what materials do they provide if any, when would things get started etc, and the PM wasn't as helpful as he was at the beginning. Before leaving, he mentioned he would let me know when someone would be stopping by to reinstall the kitchen sink, and mentioned he would be quoting for the other repairs. Never heard from him again. We were surprised to have someone ring the doorbell Tuesday morning, because at no point in time did anyone let us know when they would be arriving. Luckily it was the person who was going to reinstall the kitchen sink. Tuesday afternoon I reached out to the PM asking if he had any updates, but nothing again. I called on Wednesday afternoon, and got the voicemail. Finally received a reply in the late afternoon, letting us know someone would be contacting us about the floors. The PM mentioned he had been very busy over the weekend when he stopped by Monday, and he also mentioned they had been very busy on Wednesday. I get it, emergencies happen and big projects may take precedent over smaller ones. But, as a paying costumer this isn’t how things should work. If the mitigation/restoration project was too small and not worth your business, please be upfront about it. We shouldn’t have to wait in line or be kept in the background, once the process started, a clear timeline should have been presented, or at the very least let me know we would be waiting after other projects, that way we can decide what to do on our end. The lines of communication definitely degraded as time and work progressed. One of the reasons we chose to hire this company was because they are able to start and finish the entire process, from addressing the water damage to all repairs needed. If we had known this would be where things would lead, we would have hired a separate mitigation company and had a contractor lined up. That way things could have been taken care of as soon as possible. Almost a week after work started, we have to start researching contractors when we should have had a plan of action for the repairs. Definitely disappointed.

They did everything as promised and the owner was very accessible for any needs or concerns.

Mike Bowerman was friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgable His estimate was professional, thorough, and in line with the costs of mold abatement, which can be an expensive proposition. His crew did an excellent job preparing my small apartment and making sure that no mold escaped during abatement. They left the site mold free, as a follow up air test proved.

The provider was unable to identify the source of the leak without opening up the dry wall, although a plumber was able to later correctly identify the source of the leak as our chimney, without opening up any drywall. The estimate we received was outrageously expensive, for work that could easily be done by my husband (i.e., opening up the dry wall and moving furniture), so we ended up doing the work ourselves.
