Excellent . Did what they said they’d do.

The team was very professional, arrived on time, took care to be neat and careful of other furnishings and walls in the house. The weather was very nasty on the day they came, which required them to be extra careful about bringing rain or dirt into the house as they worked. They handled this very well. The carpets were cleaned thoroughly, including removal of spots and stains, and they provided clear instructions on when we could walk on them again and how to let the area rugs fully dry. I would definitely use them again in the future.

It was excellent. They were prompt, professional, and I was very satisfied.

They identified the likely location and we are monitoring it. If location is correct we will contact them for the repair.

Went well at first. The guy that came to view the damage and quote the price (Pasquale) was great. He came in and set up equipment that did a nice job drying the walls. But they continued to send me invoices that didn’t reflect the Angie’s List coupon they offered, even after I called them multiple times to get it corrected. They eventually threatened to charge me a late payment penalty, which I would never have paid. I sent them the money I actually owed them and never heard from them again.

These guys are true pros. A bit more expensive than others I've used, but worth the price. Too many times we've used services where the carpets were left too wet and ended up smelling of mildew or had stains come back shortly after cleaning. While nobody can remove every stain, they did a much better job and it lasted much longer than any other service I've used.

Was able to schedule an appointment quickly at a convenient time; cleaning crew showed up on time and were very professional and polite; they put on foot coverings every time they entered the house. Rugs had not been cleaned in years and they came out great, especially the oriental carpets, a noticeable change. What I liked is that they used their own water supply and discharge, instead of relying on house water supply.

We had a flood in the finished basement from the leaking old air conditioner. The water got under the sleepers and the exact amount of damage was not known since the floors were covered by the wall to wall carpet ( the carpet was installed on top of the sleepers) . Bowerman's team with the manager Pasquale came on site and tried to determine the extend of the damage. I was very nervous at the time because of uncertainty of how much of damage was at the time and because my carpets were only placed two years ago. Pasquale and his team systematically removed the sleepers and the carpet where damage was certain and continued removing the sleepers based on the findings. Unfortunately almost the entire finished basement was wet under the sleepers and the team of professional workers did a fantastic job of carefully removing the carpet without additional cutting trying to preserve it for future use. They removed the sleepers, removed a fiberglass insulation and dried the basement for three days. They also applied anti-mold chemicals for prevention ( we did not have mold since the leakage happened very recently). The removed material was placed outside in one pile, there were no mess and no dust anywhere. The team also moved the furniture away in the separate nondamaged area and the entire premices werfe covered with plastic to prevent dust and dirt. I cannot express more gratitude for making sure that the rest of the house was not affected by all these changes. The team worked on the weekend and during the day, they were very punctual and professional, and took into consideration our busy schedule with the kids. Pasquale was especially helpful by not only thoroughly managing the work but also providing a great emotional support to us in this situation and trying to help with understanding of the process and answer any questions we had during that time. It was absolutely unequivocal that he really cared for delivering the best service and making sure that we are comfortable with everything that needed to be addressed. He was always available for us on the phone at any time of the day. We would definitely use this company again.

I really can't say enough about how great this company was. If you know anything about asbestos & the removal process then you know how difficult of a situation we were in. We wanted the job done by the book but we also needed it done in a timely manner. Michael & his staff had to walk us through the abatement process because this was a problem that we had not encountered before, we had no idea where to even begin but they really went above & beyond. They made the process as painless as they possibly could from filing with the state & the DEP to the final air clearance test. They were incredibly professional & efficient. I was really impressed with how our case was handled from start to finish. I will definitely use them again & I would absolutely recommend them.

What you will find out in this situation is that all the estimates are pretty much the same as they are standardized based on insurance and a mold inspectors report for remediation. So is all comes down to who will provide the best service and get the job done right. Mike came for an estimate on one days notice at 8:30 on a saturday morning. This was big because all the other people only came on weekdays and gave you 2-3 hours windows for when they would arrive. This is hard to manage with work. We had to stay with a relative while the work was being performed because the machines are loud and they section off your house to contain the mold during the cleaning process. During the work we discovered more mold, so the inspector had to come back and expand the protocol. Mike had his crew back that afternoon and worked until almost midnight to fix everything so that my family could move back into our house sooner. This is always a painful process, but Mike and his crew's handwork to get the job done right and get our family back into our home made it much easier. I have worked with a lot of companies on projects and can promise that this would have not gone as well as it did if not for Mike and his crews effort and diligence. I would not hesitate to use these guys again.

ork on living room carpet was excellent--like new. One of the area rugs was slightly faded on upper half which was the newest area rug. Three men came to move furniture and had to take carpet down 6 flights of stairs because carpet did not fit in elevator. I told the owner prior to return that he needed to send 3 men because they would have to lug rug back up staircase. I felt so sorry for 2 men who were sent because they were panting when they arrived at my door. The men worked very efficiently in moving furniture and followed any directions I made of them.

It was okay. They were equitable and they stood behind it and they did refund some money because they didn't do what I asked them to do.

Showed up on time. Performed meticulous work. Scope of job expanded as they went along but they kept me updated all along the way. Workers are friendly and hard-working. Project manager Pasquale is as nice as they come. Owner came by at the conclusion of job and performed finishing touches. Workers cleaned up everything at the end. Hope I won't need them in the future but if I do, I won't hesitate to call on them again.

Extremely thorough. Arranged furniture to get as much floor space as possible. Left behind instructions on when I could remove protective coverings. Highly professional and on time. Worked relatively quickly but did not miss anything. Attention to get out stains from the carpets persistent and the stains came out!!!

We took the carpets to them. They were very honest, they were very thorough in explanations, they did what they said they would do, and they did a good job. I would recommend them, and I would give them the highest score.

After one of the craziest winters we've had in many years, our roof started to look like an ice skating rink. My husband and I had no idea how bad this could be for a roof but we soon realized that we had a huge problem on our hands. The ice started melting in early March but the water was forced back into our home. I called Bowerman Restoration because we have used them before for carpet cleaning and another water damage incident and we were always very happy with their work. They responded so quickly and I was relieved beyond belief. The living room and kitchen took the worst of the water damage. But Michael and his staff were so great. They took care of everything with our insurance company and got to work immediately. While removing part of our kitchen wall, they discovered a significant amount of mold that had grown due to a previous leak that we didn't even know we had! They walked me through every step of the process. Michael even took me through the damaged areas while using a thermal camera so I could see exactly where the damage was. To say that I was impressed would be an understatement. My husband and I were happy to have such a reliable, honest and skilled company fixing our home. They repaired all of the damage and completed all of the necessary reconstruction. For such a stressful event, Michael and the staff from Bowerman Restoration really empathized with our situation and genuinely cared about the safety of me, my family and my home.

They were on time. They moved furniture where necessary. I was very satisfied.
