Trudi is a real estate agent rock star. She is knowledgeable, professional, well connected in the real estate community and personable. Going into the very stressful experience of selling and buying at the same time, we did not realize just how important it was to like, not just respect, your agent. She exudes confidence which helped in reducing our anxiety. She has experience in buying/selling co-ops which are a nightmare of logistics in addition to buying/selling houses. She has an amazing team she works with from lawyers to mortgage brokers, though at no time did we feel pressured to use and quot;her people.and quot; She was a pleasure to house hunt with and offered insights we hadn't thought of. She was assertive when she felt a house was not a 'good fit.' For example, we loved a house and began to consider it when Trudi recommended we keep looking since it was on a busy street and we have small children. Once we found our house, all of her advice crystallized and we appreciated her opinions and patience that much more! She approached houses with an eye for re-sale, whether in the next 4 years or 40, a perspective we wouldn't have had. She has lived in lower Westchester and upper Westchester offering a personal perspective of the county. We can't recommend her more highly.
