It went great. They are very conscientious- every screen, every window sill and of course every window was cleaned perfectly. Martin is a real perfectionist. He says he loves his job and you can tell that he really does. I called him a couple weeks ago; we set a date and he showed up right on time. Totally reliable and pleasant to work with.

They showed up on time (early actually) and finished all three floors within about an hour. The windows look great. I assumed they would have to take the screens outside or at least into the shower to clean them. Instead, they have a special cleaning tool that does the job without using much water, so the screens are cleaned easily right where they are taken down. Martin pointed out three windows that have condensation and may need to be replaced. He also fixed one of the window shade brackets that was loose. Martin is very personable and helpful. More importantly, the windows look great! We would definitely use LPG again.

Martin and Miguel did a great a job. They arrived as scheduled and began with the gutter cleaning. It was very impressive that far from simply removing the leaves from the gutters, they actually went to the trouble of detaching the downspouts to remove stubborn clogs formed by dirt and debris that had built up over many years. Some of the downspouts were plugged solid. This was a difficult, time consuming and messy job to unclog that I'm certain many providers would not have tackled or would have charged an additional fee for. But LPG was determined to see the job done properly and stuck to the original price they had quoted me. Likewise, my windows came out sparkling clean. LPG meticulously removed my somewhat ancient triple-track storm windows that were a bit stubborn and likely hadn't been removed for cleaning in many years. I feel as though many providers would not have taken all the extra time and effort to remove all the storms and screens for proper cleaning. I also have double hung windows with grills that are not removable - these were also very time consuming to clean properly, but LPG were very thorough and did the job right. I can't get over what a difference thoroughly professionally cleaned windows made to the interior of my house. I couldn't be happier with the experience and I look forward to using LPG Services again in the future.

Martin is terrific. I've been calling on him for my gutter cleaning for the last 4 years. He's always prompt, reliable, honest and thorough. His pricing for gutter cleaning is much more affordable and reasonable than that of his competitors. He responds to his messages within the day and usually accommodates my request for service within a few days of my call. He's exceptionally courteous and hardworking, traits that are in short supply these days. Most importantly, Martin truly appreciates the work that he's been tasked with performing and that's refreshing! It's really rare to find anyone in the service business these days that doesn't act as if they're doing you a big favor by showing up late, doing a mediocre job and taking your money. Martin is the antithesis–going out of his way to ensure that my job is attended to promptly and that I'm happy with the caliber of work as well as the fee for the service performed. I recommend him without any reservations:–)

We were very satisfied with the work done by LPG. they did the power washing and gutters one day and returned to do our windows. Our windows and skylights were filthy, and they did an EXCELLENT job, cleaning them all inside and out (as well as our screens and storm windows). They arrived as scheduled, worked cleanly and quickly. I will definitely use them again for future needs.

Martin came to my home to inspect and provide a quote for the service. He called me at work and quoted me a price and told me he could start immediately. I negotiated a price and asked him to proceed. Work was completed by the time I returned home from work that day. A clean and thorough job.

AWESOME. Martin, the owner, is very professional and has a great crew. One member refused to eat lunch as he was so focused on making the patio awesome! They did a great job on everything. They wore coverings for their shoes when they came in the house to do the interior side of the windows. They were meticulous when sealing the driveway so that no black color got on the belgian block stones lining the driveway. Would recommend LPG 100% to everyone.

Martin Espejo at LGP and his assistant showed up on time and was finished in the time he approximated. He adjusted according to my work schedule. I added more things for him to do on the spot and he did a great job at a reasonable price (less than other quotes). Everything was cleaned up perfectly. And, all three services I had him do were high quality. I'd recommend LPG Services to anyone. In fact, I'm having them quote carpentry work for my deck.

Never responded to my phone calls or submitted online form. Wasted my time.

The provider was supposed to come to my house to estimate gutter cleaning. Never showed up and Never called. Very unprofessional. Refused to give a range of times. I'm not sure how they stay in business -- or even if they should.

I found this a little pricey, considering that I have all (almost) new Pella windows which are very easy to open/close and had been painted in such a way that cracking of paint would not be a problem. That being said, I got my money's worth, as the job was perfectly done. The two men were pleasant, professional and worked well together.

The price quoted was high but Martin sounded proffesional and reliable so thought I would give him a chance and hired him anyway. But, I should have known when it took a long time for him to call me back after I left a message; I figured he was very busy.

Totally unresponsive to phone messages. To me, returning calls is Business 101.
