I found Martin through Angies List, and could not be happier - he has cleaned our gutters spring and fall for the past three years. I have referred him to a friend in need of gutter repairs, and he was very happy also. Although I have not yet used him for window cleaning, I plan to.

He and his team were excellent. Very thorough, detailed, and on time.

Martin and his crew showed up promptly on time, surveyed the property and answered my questions about additional services. Since his crew was on property, we agreed on additional work at a fair price. I was completely happy with the services provided.

The owner was polite and nice but the workers were in a rush and did not clean the tracks. I had to ask them to come back before they packed up and left and they still did not completely clean the tracks. I felt like this was a waste of my money

The crew was early (after calling first to make sure it was okay), fast, friendly and efficient. They did a great job!

The owner and his helper arrived a few minutes before the appointment time and promptness is important to me. They did an excellent job. They were professional, personable and thorough. I will use them again.

It went overall very good. They charged more than the "Big Deal" price. They charged $135 more. Originally, when we had talked on the phone, the gentleman's name was Martin. He called me to setup the appointment and we discussed what the "Big Deal" was and what we had. He said there would be some extras and I said it was fine. I was under the impression that the extra is going to be much less than what they turned out to be. That was the only small disappointment. Otherwise, overall we were very pleased. We would certainly have them back again and that's for sure. I feel that we were not being taken advantaged of price-wise. My wife was pleased and said she would have them come back. She did not think that the price was out of line.

There were 4 men . They arrived on time,were very friendly,neat, and efficient. They removed and replaced all curtains. I was very pleased with the job they did.

Fantastic job, and what a difference it makes! Cleaned all the hard-to-reach spots, the screens, and the storms (both on and off the windows). Plus they fixed the screens the installer had put on upside down. They came right away, were on time, and were very nice.

The whole process went very well. they were done in about an hour and half. Windows look great. they were professional and cleaned up after they were finished

LPG did an excellent job cleaning the windows. Martin and his staff were knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with the results.

The experience was great. Martin and his partner were punctual and professional. As for the work, my wife and I found it to be solid. They worked for nearly 2hrs, thoroughly cleaning every window and sliding door throughout our home. This included inside/outside, window sills/tracks, etc. I was impressed with their attention to detail. I did not expect it, but Martin even took care of numerous small windows around our front door / garage at no charge. I would highly recommend Martin and LPG.

Martin and his team arrived on time and began to clean my windows which I had never had professionally cleaned. I have one room which has 18ft ceilings with 3 large windows near the top and 3 near the bottom. The height was never an issue. They were equipped with appropriate ladders which allowed them to get the job done. I had read another Angie's list review and saw that they also cleaned ceiling fans so I added the fan in the 18ft room as well as one in the master bedroom. In all, they cleaned 27 large windows on all three floors, cleaned an entry storm door, two French doors, and a basement slider as well as smaller transom windows above the doors. They did a thorough job and did not rush. Most of the windows had glue residue left from the original stickers. They meticulously removed it all with razor blades ...being careful not to scratch or damage the windows. The high ceiling fan was a challenge because it was in the middle of the room but they were able to adjust the ladder to reach it. They even cleaned the feet of the ladder before leaning it against the wall.They were very neat and careful not to bump or mar the wall surfaces as they went from floor to floor. Martin and his team were amicable and very professional. You could tell that they take great pride in pleasing the customer by doing outstanding work? My windows are so clean..I didn't realize they were that dirty. The difference is glaringI I plan to use them again next year to power wash my house as well as clean the windows. I am very pleased with the job that they did and look forward to working with them again. They have my highest recommendation

I feel it went very well! When Martin connected with me, a date was made (weather could always change things) and time. On the chosen day, he had gotten a bit backed up on jobs, but called to let me know of delay, it was OK with my schedule. He came with two men, and they set to work immediately - all twenty windows were done in very short order, sparkling and beautiful - no mess left behind. It has been wonderful to look out all clean, at once, windows. To "make up" for the delay, they even did my storm door glass, and garage door windows. I could not have been more pleased!

Martin Espejo and his crew did an excellent job! My windows look like new! Will definitely use again, and have no hesitation in recommending.

Windows were cleaned in one hour and they were streak free.

Martin showed up promptly and was very friendly. He explained the work that would be done and immediately began the job. All windows were cleaned on the outside. Martin and his assistant then came inside to clean the interiors of the windows. They wore booties over their shoes and were very patient with our dog. They really did an amazing job. The windows are spotless and so clean! We had one particularly dirty, and very old, window that Martin completely transformed. It definitely needed professional help! I caught myself looking out of it throughout the day and couldn't believe how clear it was. I never thought that window could look like that. This was a positive experience from start to finish. I will be keeping Martin in mind for future jobs and would not hesitate to recommend his services.

Extremely punctual .. very careful of our belongings .. all spotless. Took about 3 hours for our entire split-design house, very efficient. Will definitely use their business again .. and highly recommend!

Martin was punctual and very pleasant. He came with one worker. They washed and leaned 48 windows and screens As well as two sliding glass doors, the garage door windows , front door and a large hall window. They were very efficient and we're done in 3 1/2 hours. The windows look beautiful. Martin is very personable and easy to work with. I would definitely use him again.
