All the work was completed within 2 hours and the results were amazing. My windows are so clean, it looks as if there is no window there at all. Description of Work: From the moment I used Angie's list Martin called me and discussed the job, made a date and execution was excellent. The guys were friendly, very neat and unobtrusive. It was a team effort. They did the job within 3 hrs.I had 20 windows cleaned with exterior aluminum storms and screens.

Description of Work: Having gotten LPG's name on Angies List, on 11/26 I called for an estimate for gutter cleaning, and Martin arrived two days later and gave me an estimate of $180 and said they would do them in a few days. Martin and his crew arrived today (12/4) and did the job, neatly and quickly. He told me that he had been getting quite a few calls from Angies List. Description of Work: HORRIBLE!!!! FIRST OF ALL, WHEN I CALLED HIM TO SCHEDULE THE APPT. (I HAD TO CALL HIM BACK BECAUSE WHEN I SPOKE TO HIM THE WEEK BEFORE, HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO CALL ME RIGHT BACK AND HE DID NOT -FIRST BAD SIGN) HE TOLD ME HE WAS COMING JUNE 22 IN THE MORNING. NO, HE DID NOT SAY A TIME. ANYWAY, I HAPPENED TO BE IN THE SHOWER THIS MORNING AND DID NOT REALIZE HE HAD ALREADY ARRIVED. I GO DOWNSTAIRS TO SAY HELLO AND HE'S MAD THAT THERE ISN'T ENOUGH WATER PRESSURE IN MY HOSES AND THAT HE'S ALREADY WASTED MUCH TIME. I EXPLAINED THAT HE DID NOT SAY WHAT TIME HE WAS COMING SO WHY IS HE HAVING AN ATTITUDE. I TRIED TO HELP HIM OUT AND TELL HIM THAT I HAVE ANOTHER HOSE AREA THAT MIGHT WORK, BUT FIRST COULD HE MOVE HIS TRUCK OVER (TOOK UP TWO SPACES IN MY DRIVEWAY) BECAUSE I NEED TO GET MY TRUCK OUT OF THE GARAGE SINCE I NEEDED IT FOR AN APPT. WELL, THAT MADE HIM EVEN MORE MAD!!! NOW HE'S OFFICIALLY MAD AT ME BECAUSE I GUESS HE THINKS I MADE THE THUNDERSTORMS COME, I HAVE NO WATER PRESSURE AND IT'S MY FAULT HE DID NOT SAY WHAT TIME HE WAS COMING TO MY HOUSE. HE THEN PROCEEDS TO BAD MOUTH ME IN SPANISH TO HIS PARTNER. ONLY THING IS HE DID NOT REALIZE I AM HISPANIC TOO AND TOLD HIM IN SPANISH I UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU'RE SAYING AND YOU DID NOT SAY WHAT TIME YOU WERE COMING! HE SHUT UP, BUT NOW HE'S EVEN MORE MAD, I GUESS BECAUSE NOW I BUSTED HIM TOO! I TOLD HIM WHY ARE WE STARTING OFF THIS WAY. IF THAT'S HOW HE'S GOING TO WORK, THEN MAYBE HE SHOULD JUST LEAVE. AND HE SAID FINE, PACKED UP HIS STUFF AND LEFT. HE TRIES TO TELL ME HE'S AN HONEST GUY AND HE WOULDN'T LIE ABOUT WHAT TIME HE WAS COMING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MAN TO ANYONE!!!!!, ESPECIALLY TO A WOMAN NEEDING A JOB DONE, BECAUSE HE GETS INTIMIDATED BY A WOMAN THAT CAN SPEAK UP AND NOT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

Description of Work: Martin is amazing. I cannot say enough good things about him and his team. Martin is personally responsible for his work in a way that we don't often see these days. I initially hired Martin, based on his Angie's List recommendation, for window washing. Once Martin came to our home for his estimate and assessed the job, he showed me that most of our outside window dirt was a direct result of full and dirty gutters. I completely agreed that gutter cleaning was absolutely essential. My husband had also requested an estimate for power-washing our house. Once I walked the perimenter of our house with Martin, I was able to see how truly dirty the house was! Since we were having a garden party very soon, I knew I wanted Martin to do the complete job.....power wash, gutters and windows inside and out. AMAZING is all I can say. The job that he and his tram did on our house was worthy of a realty tv show. Even the brick pathway, whose color we'd long forgotten, showed up after Martin's cleaning as the color of Tuscany. We could not believe how lucky we were to have found Martin. We promise him....he will be back next year!!! Thank you Angie's List and thank you Martin!!!
