Description of Work: Though initially I did not get a quick response, I do understand how Martin was swamped with responses to the Deal. Once we connected (and thanks to the Angie's List team), he quickly scheduled the work (the following week), and the team quickly completed the work - ~ 23 windows/skylights. Very good work!

Description of Work: Martin and his crew washed 66 Marvin windows and 7 doors. They were punctual and professional. The next morning I noticed some of my kitchen windows were still smudged. I called Martin and he returned to fix the problem. He explained that at some point a painter or contractor power washed that side if our house and residue had streaked onto the glass and permeated into the glass. He had work ed hard in it the day before but stayed several hours the second day and improved them as much as possible. | |I didn't feel scammed and he'll come back in the spring to insert the screens and give the problem windows another try.

Description of Work: The window washers showed up within 5 mins of the appointment time and were very thorough. They did an excellent job and I will be using them in the future. They wore shoe covers in the house and were cautious with ladders and equipment. Very happy with the overall experience.

Description of Work: The special was for window washing at $179. They contacted me in advance to say that extra windows and windows that did not just slide up and down would cost more. OK. Then they came and said because I have storm windows the price would not be $179. It would be at least $700. They like to get in and out in 1 1/2 hours and this would take a long time. They never asked about storm windows before they came. Now I need to get my money back.
