They came on short notice, when we needed the work done quickly. They were prompt, courteous, and thorough. No mess was left. We ended up paying a good deal more than the advertised amount because we have storm windows and three large plate glass windows.

They were excellent! Very professional, clean, they did a quick job. It went great!

Although there was a little difficulty in getting the time and date set up, everything ended up working out well. There were more Windows than were included in the deal, however the extra amount charged seemed fair. The work was performed in a professional manner.

I had a few calls and texts with Martin to arrange my appointment. He was always very responsive. He arrived exactly on time with 2 workers (3 total). I was pressed for time because I had a 3 pm real-estate showing on my home. He was courteous, worked quickly, neatly and professionally. I particularly appreciated the speed and care with which they accomplished the task. The windows gleamed. I am only sorry I didn't do this every year for myself so I could appreciate this cleanliness all along and see out my windows without the years of film accumulating. 90% of my windows are casement, so cleaning them has always been difficult; Martin and his crew did an excellent job at my home. I recommend them highly.

I bought a special deal for window washing, and waited to be contacted for weeks. After my third call to them, they answered and said that they had not responded to my purchase or my calls because they have been swamped with business. We set up an appointment for October 28. They didn't show, and have not called to explain or to reschedule.

I bought a window cleaning deal.They asked for 3 dates, I gave them 3 options and never heard from them again.

Provider returned call requesting quote in a timely manner but never provided a quote or contacted me again.

The guys were on time and did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

I purchased a $179 window cleaning package. My charge account was charged for the service. No one contacted me. I would like the charge refunded ASAP. I don't know who should do the refund - the cleaning company or Angie's List. In either case, I would like this resolved ASAP

Agreement was to wash 20 windows. Came to agreement (my idea) to wash all windows on outside including an 18 piece bay window. The guys came on one of the coldest mornings this year and did a complete job on all windows. They even did the basement windows which other firms charging more have never done. They also removed paint from windows on several instances. Great job.

Mario and his team were absolute professionals. Polite, prompt, and most importantly did a great job! They arrived early and got right to work cleaning the 20 windows I paid for with the deal coupon I bought and even a couple small ones and some slider doors for free. I only paid a little extra for a skylight. A great deal that made a world of difference in the way my home looks and feels. I would absolutely use them again.

The crew showed up on a Friday without my confirming that the day was ok for me. And it wasn't. So I let them proceed to wash the outside of the windows, agreeing they would come back another day to complete the interior. The owner seemed concerned about getting paid, so I offered to pay more than half for the job, assuming I would have no trouble getting them to come back. He seemed grateful- even relieved- get the money. I have left an email, text and multiple phone messages, and have not gotten a call back. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing.

I called the provider before buying the special on Angie's list. He answered promptly and said that if I bought the special, he could schedule my cleaning within one or two weeks. I specifically wanted to schedule a Friday and he said that was no problem. If he couldn't do it the next Friday, then he could do it the following. I bought the special and never heard from him again. I left numerous messages and he never returned my call. Do not trust this company. One he has your money, he has no incentive to schedule the work. Lesson learned - don't pay for any work until it has been done!

It went very well. Martin & crew arrived on time. They completed the work thoroughly and neatly. Martin was personable. I look forward to having him back in the spring to clean windows again and to perform other chores.

I purchased a window cleaning service and tried to contact them repeatedly, receiving no answer in any form.

This was the hardest and fastest working crew ever. Yes, at first noticing the charge, it may be a little off putting. However, it had been several years since I was able to wash them myself and they were very, very dirty. I felt the price was quite fair for what they had to deal with. I have had window cleaners in the past that wanted all curtains and blinds removed and any furniture in front moved before they got here. I didn't have to contend with that with these guys. LPG is super...the windows are so clean there appears to be no glass in my windows!!

I completed my 3 selected days and times at the time of purchase. I received an e-mail asking that night telling me I had 48 hours to call and schedule the service. I called the next day and got voicemail. I sent an e-mail a couple of days later asking them when they would be coming out to perform the service they had already charged me for. Again no response. Sent a 2nd e-mail a day later, again no response. Final e-mail sent last Saturday asking for a refund as we were no longer interested in using them . No response and no refund. Be afraid. Be very afraid. Lousy customer service and failure to perform what they charged for.
