 + -1 moreI asked for a quote via email and received a call back shortly after that. I never saw the guy, got the quote over the phone and received the invoice via email. When I cam home at night, the gutters were sparkeling clean. This company was so easy and efficient to deal with and the price was reasonable. Thank you!

 + -1 moreI contacted them via Angie's list. They took about a week to get back to me. I described the job, power washing the house and washing all windows, and they said they would swing by and leave me a quote within two or three days. That was three weeks ago. No quote.

Description of Work: 2 phone conferral's w. owner/operator. Gave me an afternoon he wold come by for power washing/window cleaning estimate. Never showed. Called him back & he said he would get right back to me. No show, no call back. Guy is useless.

 + 2 moreMartin and his team did excellent work. They were thorough and professional. I am very satisfied and would not hesitate to hire him again for a full range of jobs. They arrived on-time, as promised, and finished in less than a day. We called Martin back to do some minor touch-up cleaning -- no big deal -- and he emailed a response, called, and showed up the next morning and enthusiastically resolved the issue. It is that kind of customer service follow-up that proves his superior reputation. A real find!
Description of Work: Disinfected mossy green areas and powerwashed whole house and deck, cleaned gutters, powerwashed slate walkways and stone wall.

 + 0 moreThey did a wonderful job. They did not throw anything down. They bagged everything. They also came and washed my windows. They came exactly when they said they were coming and it was done just like they said they were going to do it. It was the best window washing I have had. They scraped everything off of the windows. A lot of them were very old windows, and they just look like jewels now. They are just really beautiful. They had to do storm and double-hung windows. He had very good supervision of his employees and he was very helpful. I think the price was fair for the job, because it was a big job. I would definitely use him again.
Description of Work: LPG Services cleaned the gutters on my house and garage, which is not easy. There are a lot of gutters, it is up high, and I have a tile roof, which makes it difficult.

 + 0 moreOverall it was great - they were responsive, did a good job, and cleaned up. No complaints!
Description of Work: I called and left a message on a Monday, and they returned the call Tuesday morning. It turned out they were in our neighborhood and were ready to do the job. I wasn't home but he assured me they would make an assessment and call me with the price. He called back within the hour and the price was very reasonable (high roof, several small sections of gutter and lots of leaves/seeds). I explained that I was at work and not at home and that wasn't a problem - they trusted me to leave me a bill despite my not being there. They came, did the job and cleaned up. Our gutters are very clean (we can see some from upper windows). My only problem is they haven't sent me a bill yet (2 weeks later).

 + 1 moreI asked for an estimate for gutter cleaning and window washing. When he called back he said he noticed there was an attempt being made to get rid of the moss and said he could pressure wash it away - we discussed which sections it was ok to use bleach and which sections it was not ok to use bleach and other details - he gave a very fair estimate for all of it. The results were excellent. He billed me and I paid. I wanted to write how well this went before now, but have been having cancer treatments and am just now getting back into regular life:) I highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Service performed last year: Excellent! Window Washing (2 story home), gutter cleaning, pressure washing of front porch, back porch (2), walkways, stone staircase to backyard to get rid of moss after an incredibly wet spring and summer - moss covered everything. I was not home while these services were performed but everything was incredibly clean, the moss was gone and didn't come back!

 + -1 moreService was prompt, professional and high quality. Our neighborhood was without power from a severe storm on the day we were scheduled. They showed up anyway and said they were able to do the windows if we wanted to (but assured us they could do it another day if it was inconvenient for us). We went ahead and were glad we did. They cleaned all windows and sills very efficiently and did a fantastic job! Work was completed as described and the experience was a very positive one.

He kept the original date I had requested, even though I did not actually confirm until the day before. Both guys were very conscious of keeping the house clean; they wore shoe protection while inside. They completed the job in great time & the quality was first rate. Notwithstanding the recent snow, they managed everything very well. Martin was very courteous and a pleasure to work with. I can recommend without hesitation.

Everything looks good. I had not realized they did painting and other household tasks, or I would have considered them for more.
