I usually work 6 days a week and have a difficult time fitting in appointments with contractors and as such, had not had a chance to get my gutters cleaned in the spring. On my first weekday off, I found Martin Espejo (LPG Services) through Angie's List. I called him and left a message. He phoned me back right away and when I explained my difficult schedule, he came to my house the very same day to clean the gutters. He and his crew were exceptionally prompt and professional. I was pleased with his pricing for the cleaning and the gutter adjustments. I would recommend him highly to anyone, given how accommodating and thorough he is.

Absolutely terrific in every respect. Martin and his guys work incredibly hard and achieve beautiful results -- all for a very fair price. We were so lucky to find them.

It went very well overall. They exceeded my expectations! From the 1st phone call, my job was handled professionally, politely and efficiently. Martin came when he said he would to look at the job, emailed me an estimate promptly. After receiving the estimate I had a bunch of questions which he answered - patiently explaining the whole process. His price was very fair considering the scope of the job and in comparison to other work I have had done on the house in the past. The work was scheduled promptly, done beautifully. In fact, he gave me a very good price on cleaning my windows (& I have a lot of them) so he's coming back next week! He is a great find!

There was a little delay in returning my initial call, but VERY efficient, professional and reasonably priced. I would have this company come back again for sure.

Martin is very professional and responsive. I saw his listing here and called. He answered right away and we easily set up an appointment for an estimate. I agreed for him to do the job. The work was done on time, professionally and the price was very fair. I was impressed overall with the experience, would call him again for additional work on my house and would not hesitate to recommend him to others based on my experience.

Martin was extremely responsive. I called Martin and explained to him that we needed our windows cleaned right away since we were having an open house later that week. Though Martin's schedule was full for the next few days, he was able to ask one of his regular clients to reschedule to the day after and fit us in for the next day. It is a testament to how respectful Martin is of his client's time that he would ask to reschedule to the next day instead of fitting us all in and running late or rushing the work. Martin and his team were extremely professional and thorough. We also asked Martin to clean two of our carpets while he was there. The window and carpets looked great after they were done. I would not hesitate to recommend Martin and LPG to friends. I am planning to call him again to clean out our gutters this fall.

We had an appointment on a Saturday morning for window and gutter cleaning. LPG never showed and never called. It was an extremely hot day -- i think they just didn't want to work in the hot weather and blew us off. Very unprofessional.

I found his name and great reviews on your list and called. The owner answered right away and said he could probably do the work that day! He estimated the time he would be free and said he would call when he knew he would be able to come over.. calling frist. He called at about that time and was here within 15 minutes as he said. He was pleasant, curtious and professional. He walked around the house and first before giving a price. The price was a bit low, he said because he wanted to job to fill in the time that day. I was pleased and agreed. Within a reasonable amount of time he was finished. He cleaned up and collected all the debrie in a bag to cart away himself.. first showing me himself how much it weighed and then showing me a problem with one corner gutter that was unfastened and he tried but hadn't the tools to fix. He was more than complete in his service. He offered to remind me he did other services and I promised I would call him when I needed the additional work. I do believe I will... as wel as recommend him around.

Scheduled an appointment just when we needed it, to be completed before a set of outdoor parties. Opened every window, including some that had defeated other washers and been stuck for years. Power washed all pool furniture to "like new" finish. Worked hard, never rushed, always open to suggestions but I never felt his crew needed to be supervised. They were careful and thorough: excellent value on a challenging job with many multipane windows.

I called LPG services to ask for an appointment to have my windows cleaned. I talked to Martin and told him what kind of windows I have, how many, etc., and gave him my address and phone number. He told me he would stop by and call beforehand. He never stopped by or called.

Martin did an excellent job - we had recently had our house painted and they cleaned all the windows and screens thoroughly, including scraping any paint drips. They worked quickly and cleanly with no fuss. All the windows, including some hard to reach skylights are now spotless. Carpets were shampooed and left dry enough to walk on. We are extremely happy and would gladly recommend Martin to anyone looking for a professional window cleaner.

My experiance with LPG Services was excellent. I called to have my patio, front entrance, garage door and kids play ground to be power washed and they did a wonderful job. He gave me a good price and confirmed our appointment for 9am. Martin and his crew was easy to work with and they were very accomodating since I would not be home in the morning. He said all they needed was a water valve so he can set up the equipment. I got home mid way through the job and met Martin for the first time and he was very polite and a pleasure to speak to. Once he finished the job I went back out to talk to Martin again and to see the finished job and all I can say was WOW, what a difference!! Everything looks brand new and so clean. Last time I had this done by another company it didn't look nearly as good and it took them all day. Martin was even kind enough to fix one of the swings in my kid's playgroung which was not even part of the job. They packed up their van, cleaned after themselves and made sure everything was back in its original place. I was so impressed with thier service and cleanliness that I asked him about thier other services and it looks like I'll be making another appointment to have my windows cleaned. I have already recommended him to my neighbor and would recommend him and his crew to any home owner. It was a please to have Martin over my house and I'm sure we will confinue to do buisiness with him for years to come.

My initial contact with Martin was positive. He returned my call quickly and came the following day to give an estimate of the job - responses I equate with professionalism. I asked specific questions about his cleaning process emphasizing the importance of leaving the flower beds wrapping the house free of any gutter debris. He assured me my property would be left clean - and it was - as debri would be placed in a bucket as he and his employee worked, and carted away when he left. The gutters were hosed after leaf removal assuring the downspouts were clear. Martin was polite and professional, taking pride in a job well done. The result was as promised and not only would I use this service again but I would have no reservations about recommending his service to friends.

Very responsive - received estimate and work was done in less than 24 hours. Martin was professional and prompt, and came on a weekend to help us with our gutters before it rained again.

Overall experience was very good; he did everything he was supposed to (AND he came when he said he would---which is rare) and was helpful about suggestions. Price was reasonable; competitive.

This was my first experience working with Martin and his crew and I can't say enough positive things about the project. To put it simple: they were fantastic! They were detail-oriented, cleaning each window with great detail, making sure it was streak free and even going the extra mile to remove small paint from windows. While tackling the interior portion of the windows inside the house, Martin and his team were consciousness electing to wear "booties" over their shoes as to not muck up our floors while cleaning the windows. Martin and his crew were polite and discreet while working to the point you forgot that they were even there! Also- Martin alerted me to the fact that my windows were missing a key insulation window screen which I had never noticed. Identifying that for me will save me a great deal of money come the winter now that we've located the missing window screens. Just one of many examples of Martin being a genuine top notch guy who goes above and beyond. Bottom line: if you want the best, use Martin and his crew. He's the real deal and his crew are not only get rave reviews from me, but also several established contractors and home repair companies in the area. The rep speaks for itself. You'll be thrilled with the experience. Trust me - I plan to use him and recommend him to everyone I know. A++++++!

Excellent job. Stains other power wash companies had said couldn't come out did. My house looks like it just had a fresh coat of paint!

Excellent job. All storms were removed and replaced. Windows are spotless as are all the areas around the windows.

The owner came and gave an estimate. Then I canceled due to pollen blowing everywhere. He was quite nice about that. I rescheduled a few weeks later. He and his assistant came and did an excellent job. It was quite professional and I'll definitely call this company again.

As I stated above, the problem was getting him to arrive. Once there, he did well. Get a price in advance. He does a good job.

It took a while for us to connect after my initial e-mail and then waiting for a phone call, but once we did, everything was done that day. The price was right, the work was done quickly and professionally. I will use this company again when I have my house and walks power washed.

Excellent. He came by, he was in the area and offered to do the job that day. He was very professional and so was his staff. They did an excellent job cleaning my windows, much better than the last job and less cost. They also do gutters which I will use him for and he says he does hande man work also. Very lovely man. I was very happy!

Could not have gone better from start to finish!

They did exactly what they said they would. They were punctual and completed work exactly as outlined. It did take a little longer to dry than we thought but I suspect that had to do with extreme humidity.
