 + -1 moreI called them to set up an appointment for gutter cleaning and repair some damaged cutter cover. I spoke to the owner, describing the work that needs to be done. He got my contact numbers and said he would call me back to set up a time. Two days passed by, I did not get a call back. I called again, this time I reached answer machine. I left a message with my contact number asking them to call me back. After a week, I called again, got the answer machine again, I did not bother to leave another message. I ended up using another company who is very responsive to calling me back and setting up appointment with me. I guess they do not need more customers.
Description of Work: I needed gutter cleaning and also some repair work on gutter cover.

 + -1 moreFrom start to finish, Martin and his crew did an amazing job with our home. They were extremely efficient, professional and careful with our belongings. We barely knew that they were in our home and our windows have never looked better. They were long overdue for a complete cleaning and they handled the project with ease. I would recommend Martin and his crew without a doubt! Top notch.

 + -1 moreIt could not have gone better. The men worked very well and very professionally . They clearly know their job and they do it so well. Nothing was left out, and they cleaned each window beautifully and took great care to be sure that each window was done to perfection. They also took great care to make sure my property was treated well and nothing could possibly be broken as they moved around the interior of my home. I appreciated their concentration very much as I have alot of old antiques. I liked the way they worked. They work fast but thoroughly, and are very focused on the job as they work. I wish all workmen at my home had their work ethic. Very nice man and Martin is a very nice guy too. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my neighbors and friends. Thanks to Angie's List for helping me find them!
Description of Work: Martin and his team of men came to my home on time, and cleaned the exterior of my windows and those interior windows that I wanted to have cleaned: doors as well. Some of my windows were the very high, multi glass picture windows in a large semi-circle. They were very dirty, and some very stained. I was very impressed with how clean they got the windows and how all of the men took great care to keep my home clean as they did their work.

 + -1 moreThis was a winner. Martin and his crew of four came and finished the entire house (3800 sq ft) in under three hours. They did a great job, were quiet, professional and took great care with the windows. I barely knew they were in the house. They used every precaution even down to wearing booties in the house so they wouldn't track in any dirt. I would highly recommend this firm.

 + 1 moreMartin and his crew did a magnificent job! We have a large old house that has impossible windows and they managed to get all of them sparkling clean. They were also wonderful to deal with and were professional and friendly. I would heartily recommend them and plan to use them again.
Description of Work: They cleaned our gutters and power washed the brick patio and then did the windows (inside and out and removed and cleaned all the screens).

 + -1 moreSo far all I've gotten is the estimate, which covers the cleaning of windows, inside and out, screens and windows sills. Because of the past over site and earlier lack of response to my calls, Martin graciously offered to throw in power washing our front walk.
Description of Work: Update to the earlier review below: Martin recently showed up at my door, personally apologizing for the oversite. Somehow my calls and request got lost in the shuffle of a very busy time, post Sandy we think. So, I haven't gotten the work done yet, but he is making up for it with personal care and service that I greatly appreciate. Will follow with complete review once work has been completed, but I'm sure it will be in line with all the other positive reviews. _______________ I read all the great reviews and made my call to get an estimate for window cleaning. The following day my call was returned and I was told someone would stop by during the week, to look at our home, and I would get an estimate emailed to me by the end of the week. It never came, so the following week I emailed them, thinking perhaps they had my email address. I also made another phone call, which was never returned, so I can't review the service, only the lack of it.

 + -1 moreMartin and team were great - came by on short notice, recommended some things that could be done to help mitigate water issues in the basement. They were neat and fast and completed the job within 30-45 minutes. Considering using them for other services they offer.
Description of Work: Just moved into a new home which was vacant for 12 months. Gutters and downspouts were completely clogged with leaves and pine needles and needed to be cleaned.

It was a nightmare of missed appointments, outrageous quotes, and horrible service (how some of these companies get A ratings on Angie's is beyond me)...until I met Martin. He is the real deal. He came and gave a quote when he said he would, gave a reasonable price, showed up for the work when he promised, and he and his guys got right to work and finished in no time. I finally found my new gutter guy...THANKS MARTIN!

 + -1 moreWow is this a great company! Martin and Miguel did an excellent job cleaning my windows. They were prompt, efficient and very careful with all my belongings that they had to move to reach my windows. They were even able to open windows that I thought were painted shut. It looks like I don't even have glass in my panes because they are so clean. Martin & Miguel went above and beyond and did my garage windows too at no extra cost! I'm having them back in the spring to power wash and treat my deck. Do not hesitate to use this company.

 + -1 moreIt went great. Martin was very accommodating, actually fitting me in on a Sunday. Martin and his team arrived right on time. The whole team was quite professional. They worked quickly and unobtrusively. At the finish, my windows sparkled. He was true to his estimate. I will definitely use Martin's services again.

 + -1 moreFrom estimate to execution all was handled with courtesy and professionalism. The people who did the work were very polite, neat and did exceptional work. They arrived well-prepared and on time and worked for 5 1/2 hours, used razors to clean the edges of the panes, Rain-X to maintain cleanliness, and left the windows streak-free and sparkling. We will definitely have LPG Services wash the other windows and will try other services offered. It was a wonderful experience. We are so pleased!
Description of Work: We hired LPG Services to clean the windows on the first floor and basement of our home in order to see the quality of the work. Some of the windows are extremely tall and some are positioned in a way that poses risk to life and limb.

 + -1 moreService was great. I called them at 2pm and by 4pm they were up on the roof cleaning things out. They also patched a small hole as a courtesy. I also want to add that I really liked that they didn't play games with the pricing. They set a quote (within a $15 range) and then gave us the lowest price mentioned. They also took a few videos of their work which they showed us after the fact. It was quite cool to see everything that was clogging up our gutters. Highly recommend these guys!

 + 0 moreIn a busy, post-hurricane and pre-Thanksgiving time, Martin found time immediately after my call to him to review the home and the types/number of windows. He called two days later with an estimate and a date (three days from that) when he could come and do the entire job. His price is based on type of windows and screen/storm windows. He suggested that he do the gutters as well, because they were overflowing and they should be done before windows are cleaned. The team arrived on time and began their work. Martin was inside the house, the others outside. They brought all materials and made no mess. The garage was done last so that the dirt from the garage wouldn't be tracked inside. Inside, they did wear protective booties.
Description of Work: Martin and his team washed windows inside and outside. They took down screens and storm windows, washed them, and reinstalled them. They cleaned the gutters first so that any debris to the windows would be removed in the cleaning. They cleaned every window, large and small, high and low, in the house and garage. They left no trace other than sparkling windows.

He was very nice and easy to work with. We had a scheduling mix-up that was 100% our fault and Martin was extremely accommodating and gracious about it.  + 1 moreThe job went very well. The crew did a very good in fact excellent job. They set up everything and cleaned up after the job was finished. The price charged also included the stain for the deck. I just had to select the color that I wanted. I would definitely hire them again for another job. Since they also do gutters, I will have them come back in a few months to clean my gutters.
Description of Work: I called this company to have my deck and the back and side of my house power washed. Martin and his crew came on a Friday and did the power washing then came back on Monday to sand and stain the deck.

I spoke with a man who said he'd swing by to look at my house and get back to me with an estimate for the work. That was mid-July. It's now September, and I have not heard anything from this company.
