I engaged Martin Espejo of LPG Services to clean gutters on 2 of my family's houses. Mr. Espejo arrived at the houses on time. He hand cleaned the gutters much to our satisfaction. Mr. Espejo quoted a price of $140 each based on the first house he visited. I assured him the second house was the same style with approx the same length of gutters. Based on my description, he said the second house would be the same $140 . When he arrived at that house, the roof pitch was much steeper than the first house ( I was not aware of this). . Therefore he had to use ladders to clean the gutters. This required more time, yet he honored his price of $140. He could have easily asked for more money, and would have been justified in doing so, but he was very fair. I have used less expensive gutter cleaners, but LPG is the most reputable I have come across and will use him again.

Martin responded promptly (within one day) to my telephone message inquiry as a new potential customer for gutter cleaning. Arrived within one hour of follow-up phone contact for inspection and estimate. Price was fair, and work began immediately despite difficult weather conditions. Work was completed thoroughly and neatly. As a result of this experience, I will call upon LPG and Martin in the future for similar work and other LPG services.

Martin and his team arrived on time, got straight to work. One of his team was a long-time member, the other a young new employee. Martin and I talked about how the job would go, he said they would move all the furniture away from the windows to do the job properly. Windows and screens were washed inside and out. A very nice job at a reasonable price. Unfortunately when we started to look around after they left we found several black drip marks on a pure white couch. We called Martin who came back that evening with his daughter (he was on child-care duty) to try to clean it on the spot. When the spots did not come off right away, we took the slipcovers off and he was going to take them to the cleaner. We decided that we would try to put them in the wash ourselves. After two washings and six loads, the spots were gone. Martin was embarassed that this happened and refused to cash our check until things were cleared up between us. Martin did everything right in this unfortunate situation including having it be a learning experience for his young, new employee. They came today to clean some upholstery to restore our confidence. The young man also apologized profusely and did the right thing. We will use Martin and his team again, but will make very sure that furniture is moved or covered to protect it from damage.

Called before they came which is great, price was good, did the work contracted for exceptionally well. I was so pleased that I will definitely use them again for this any other work they do that I need that they do.

Great service. Prompt. Professional. Went above and beyond by also bagging leaves which were already on ground in backyard. Much appreciated.

Martin was prompt, professional, and neat. The windows look great. They were filthy after the renovations done in the house. I am very happy! I will definitely use him again.

The owner of LPG services arrived in a timely fashion. He and his crew began work promptly, were efficient and most professional. The windows have never been cleaner and I intend to have LPG clean our windows annually. I was pleased and impressed by LPG.

They were punctual, efficient, reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with. The exterior windows were extremely dirty due to having the house painted and they were spotless when the job was finished. I will certainly use Martin in the future and would highly recommend him.

I was amazed the difference in my windows. My windows are old and LPG Services managed to get the so clean , it was if there was no window there at all. I would highly recommend.

Martin was very professional. Worked around the rain and my schedule with no problems. Very punctual. Crew was also professional. All in all a very good experience and I can see out my windows agin.

Based on his excellent Angie's List reviews I called Martin on his cell on Sunday. He came by on Monday to do an estimate and was able to schedule the work on Tuesday. Which was awesome since I'm putting my house on the market and needed to spiff up the outside. They did an awesome job. I give them a top recommendation. Call Martin. You'll be happy you did. Martin and his crew (4 men in all) couldn't have been more pleasant and agreeable. And they worked smart - and hard and efficiently. The white rails are now white, not green and the wood floor is super clean. I hadn't realized that they did windows too, and had someone else clean the windows yesterday. They re-cleaned the ones affected by the power washing. Likewise they did a great job on the front walk and the area around the front door. In addition to the work I'd contracted them for they also agreed to help with a couple of other things. They moved an extremely heavy stone eagle from one part of the grounds to another, and dug out a spot to put the eagle in to. And they brought some heavy things down from the garage attic and put some other stuff up there.

They gave me a quote of $ 1500 and the guy in charge named Martin seemed very businesslike. He was very professional, very efficient and polite. He gave me the quote right away and I received confirmation of the quote on my computer within twenty four hours.

I called asking for a quote on cleaning my gutters. They got back to me right away and cleaned them the next day. They did an excellent job and were very easy to work with.

This guy is great. He came as expected and cou;dn't finish because it started raining. He called the next day to tell us when he was returning and arrived on time and completed the job. He also looked at our leaders and gutters and gave us a good price to clean them. While he was at it, he power washed the roof which had grown some mold and powered washed a stone wall and fence and made them look new. i would recommend him in a heartbeat!

I contacted LPG on 6/24, advised I lived in a coop in Rye and had 8 windows that needed cleaning,no screens involved. The gentleman said he would ride by the complex on Milton Rd,look at the windows and get back to me in two days. I called again on 7/05 left a msg,no response. Called AGAIN on 7/08 and asked that LPG let me know one way or the other.....still no response. Very unprofessional.

They were excellent, on-time and the boss was present. It was comfortable having them around.

We are planning on listing our house for sale and needed the house and walkways power washed, as well as the pool area power washed and the areas re-sanded, as well as the many windows washed inside and out . We reviewed the contractors in our area on the List and found that LPG Services consistently received rave reviews. We learned that such reviews were truly merited. The owner, Martin and his crew were very professional in the entire job .I was impressed that he purposefully did not do the power washing when originally scheduled because of heavy rain forecast and then later that week came out with his crew and did a magnificent job. Our house now will show at its best. . I was pleased to recommend Martin to a friend for similar work on his house. Thanks Martin and his crew !

Martin and his team came on schedule to powerwash my deck. They did a great job in powerwashing and staining my deck, and sanding and painting my front railing. They were very neat and detailed. It was a pleasure doing business with LPG Servcies, Inc.

Martin and his team did an excellent job! He was on time, professional and did outstanding work. We had a lot or rain recently and was not sure if he was going to be able to keep the date. He came early to get the house power washed and the gutters cleaned before it rained. The work was excellent. Our house had a lot of green mildew on it and it now looks brand new. We are so pleased that we have asked him to do painting and repair areas of wood damaged by leaky gutters. I would highly recommend him.
