Al at Alpha Omega Heating and Cooling is a consummate professional, he and his workers did an amazing job and I have enthusiastically recommended him to my neighbors.

OK, I finally had enough. After 2+ years of constant "I have no time", "I have family problems", Allan Broccoli and his crew refuse to take my calls, refuse to service WHAT THEY INSTALLED in the first place (incorrectly by the way). They also refuse to fix it and or reimburse me. They did, however, collected over 35 thousand $ for a job... I'm also going to filing with Westchester Licensing Bureau! Stay away from this company!

After my maintenance it was determined that I needed new filters for my old system, was told many times that it was ordered and I would be contacted. Months have gone by and I have tried to reach out to find out what happened with the order. It's clear they only have time for the BIG jobs. I can assure you that when I do need a big job I won't be using them.

I couldn't be happier with Al's service. He talked through the equipment recommendations with me, helped me plan the installation, and did the work perfectly, on-time and UNDER the estimated cost. He also followed up several times when I had questions about how to operate and maintain it. Previously, he fixed pressure issues in my heating system and rewired a faulty 4 zone radiant setup from scratch that had apparently been done wrong since before I owned the home. This guy does great work and stands by it. Highly recommended!

I bought a 100 year old house that had been retrofitted with a very complex -- and problematic heating system. This includes 6 zones, one of which is split into 4 radiant areas. The radiant areas frequently malfunctioned and eventually stopped working. Al worked tirelessly to diagnose the problem. Testing and troubleshooting every inch of wire and every electronic circuit, he visited no less than 10 times to make sure the job was done right. Many technicians would have given up. After all that work Al charged a very reasonable price. Throughout it all he was very personable and professional. I could not recommend him more highly.
