Description of Work: We had a basement flood (which we had never had before). My insurance company suggested we contact this company so they did the work. (And then insurance said it wasn't covered.) They were professional, punctual and hard working. Let's face it - cleaning up someone's wet stuff from a basement flood can't be the greatest thing to be doing but they were extremely diligent and did a very good job.

+ -1 moreI did not end up using them. It actually went very well. He was on time. He was very thorough. He looked at all the blinds because we were looking at a post-construction clean up and he was looking at all the rooms and gave me a very thorough estimate. We had all the exterior walls insulated so every room had debris and dust. I will probably not consider using them in the future. We will probably go with the company we ended up hiring unless they are a little bit more affordable.

Description of Work: I called today for a mold test and possible remediation based upon their Angie's List rating. They were even offering a "Free Mold Testing" coupon for Angie's List members. When i called they told me they do not offer Mold Tests, and that I should get it tested by another company and then call them back. I told the receptionist that they offered a coupon for exactly the service I was requesting. She went off the phone to talk to her manager and came back and told me the same exact thing. So- they offer a coupon and don't even offer the service! Awful - how can you trust them?

+ -1 moreWe ended up going with a different supplier. They were too expensive. They job was a little too involved compared to what the other companies would do. The price wasn't too much for what they were going to do, but I don't think we really needed to have that much work done. They over-projected what needed to be done. They were great in terms of being responsive and on time. They were quick to get here.

Description of Work: I had 2 feet of water in my semi-finished basement after Hurricane Irene. This company was recommended by my insurance company which paid for the complete clean-up. Even though I wasn't paying, I felt that the workers were professional, reliable, quick and thorough. They cleaned up the basement in two days and you would never know that water had been there. They removed all the furniture and stuff in basement and the workers cleaned and mopped and installed blowers which were on for about a week afterwards. Then they came to remove the blowers.All in all--I was extremely satisfied with the workers and with the administrative staff who were also very helpful.

+ -1 moreThe crews were always on time and professional. We got to know the team over the 2 weeks that they were at our home and they were always very nice and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: I had a burst pipe in the middle of the night which caused water damage to my first and second floor. All Pro arrived early the next day and completely dried my home and removed all the wet sheet rock and floors. Once the home was dry they proceeded to replace the walls and floors. The whole team was great and I found out later that this company is part of D.K.I. (disaster Kleenup International) which is an organization of the best restoration contractors. This is a very good Company that you can trust.

I had a basement that flooded and developed mold when the family living there was on vacation. It can't be at all fun to section a basement off from the rest of the house, rip off and dispose of moldy baseboard, move and wipe down absolutely *everything* in a 4 room basement, cover everything in plastic, set up air filter fans and then put everything back after waiting to see if the air quality checks out ok for mold. That's what All Pro did for me and they did a professional job at a fair price. (They do not do the actual pre- and post-remediation air quality testing, though. That was another company.) It was easy to work with them--from setting up an appointment for an estimate, to speaking with the rep to review what I needed, to dealing with the crew. Their scheduling was flexible and prompt--that's important when a fast response is needed and two companies are involved. Highly recommended.
