Great. All went well. We had an accidental window breakage and Tim was super quick to fix the window and offer compensation. Fantastic guys!

Tim and his team are reliable, responsible and neat. At our new house, we had 7 or so trees taken down after one fell down in our driveway and hit our car. Tim and his guys did a great job taking down these trees and also identifying dead branches that needed to be trimmed on other trees. They also did a great job cleaning up all of the wood and branches, leaving our property spotless. Five other neighbors have used him (that I know of) and were very happy with his work. Tim has done multiple jobs for us over the years. We have always been happy with the work done and highly recommend him!

Tim was able to stop by the same day I called. They did the work the next day. The workers did a great job. I would recommend them...A++

I will add the details after the litigation resulting from All American Tree is closed, at the direction of my attorney. But generally I can say that most of the work that was done was done very poorly. There was no English speaking employee on the property during the time that they were there. They damaged one exterior wall of my home and the owner said "It'll come out with soap and water" - so they damage the house and tell me to go clean it myself?? Really?? Well, it was a very long deep scrape into the wood shingle so I had to have it sanded and painted. I will add the details of the horrible job on the trees after the lawsuit is finalized, but I have owned properties in Mass, VT and NY and I have worked with 5-6 tree services throughout my life and this was by far the worst quality and the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. And, for the work they attempted to do, they are high priced compared to others (shop around). I hired Ramiro's Tree Service to do the job I needed and they did a LOT more work at literally HALF the price. I completely forgot to write this review but last week I saw the owner in the supermarket and he yell's out "I'm putting a lien on your house". LOL. Very professional of him. So when he did that I realized for some reason that I had forgotten to write reviews on various websites - Thanks Tim!

Promptly responded to our call and scheduled service within one week. They were onetime did a great job. Cleaned up so you would never know they were there. Trees look great. Very professional service. Tim was great to work with. Price was fair for amount of work that they did. We will use them again.

Tim came with his team of workers and got them going on the job and stopped back several times to check on progress and kept me updated. The work was done well and clean-up was complete. Tim is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I know we will use him again in the future.

Tim is great! We had such a wonderful experience with him. His crew was excellent. They cleaned up everything before they left. We would definitely hire him again in the future.

I was not home for the service but Tim communicated through phone and text to let me know when he was coming. He took care of getting the permit from the town. And he responded promptly to my Angie's list request. His estimate was also less expensive than the company I usually use. The lawn and surrounding area was unscathed. He also took down a small scrawny rhododendron at my request at no charge. He did an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with.

Excellent experience! Tim gave us a quote and had an opening in his schedule: could take down the tree the next day! His quote was the best of three companies we brought in to see the tree and offer a quote. He arrived at 7:40 the next morning with a crew of 5 in addition to himself. What followed was a remarkable, well-choreographed "ballet" of expertise and team work. It's a busy street with school buses and pedestrian traffic. The tree was in a tight area between sidewalks, the house, and neighbor's driveway. After putting out safety cones, some workers directed traffic while others moved trucks, cherry-picker, chipper, and grinder into place. By noon only the lower portion of the trunk remained. All wood was cut to smaller size and ground. The hard-working crew stopped only for lunch, and continued through the afternoon. The tree base was ground down several inches below ground level and soil replaced and smoothed. All surrounding areas and surfaces were raked and swept clean. All work was completed, including clean-up, by 4:30. Tim was on-site for close to an hour to start the job and returned 3 times to check progress and shut down. We are delighted with the expertise, speed and neatness. Great job!

Work went great, as planned, as quoted and Tim even trimmed an ash tree that was getting unruly without charging extra.

I contacted All American, along with several other contractor's through Angie's list and yellow pages. I needed to have a large dangerous dead Elm tree removed along my property line. The tree was hanging over a neighbors above ground pool with decking, along with stockade fencing. Tim promptly responded to give me an estimate. He was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Tim reviewed the site and talked to my adjoining neighbors to confirm that the date of removal was agreeable to them. On July 19, Tim and his crew arrived at the time stated and proceeded t remove the tree in a very professional manner. On short notice they even removed a second tree. Upon removing the tree's, they meticulously cleaned up my neighbor's property along with mine. Overall I was extremely happy with Tim and his crew. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of tree removal or care.

I contacted this tree service company I found through Angie's list search. Tim was easy to reach and was willing to provide a same day estimate though because I was not available to meet we had a following day appt. Tim showed up at the agreed upon appt time. I did not chose to contract with this firm because their quote was hundreds of dollars more than price quotes I received from other tree service company that also sent arborist to check health off tree. The ease of scheduling and promptness were high points in my experience. Non competitive Price quote was a low point. As I did not have work performed by this provider I can't comment on the quality of their work.

We were referred to Tim by Amodio's Garden Center. We are big customers with them and Mary Anne suggested we give Tim a call. Tim gave us an estimate to remove two tree stumps from our front yard which we thought was reasonable, so we tried to get him to commit to a day to come by to do the job...and tried...and tried...and tried. Each time I called him he told me he was "backed up" and would come by in a few days. Finally, on a drizzly day a month after my initial contact, I called Tim one last time to see if he would commit to a day to come do the job. He mumbled a lot of excuses and said because of the rain he was "backed up". It's too bad because if he did this job we were going to ask him to take down a massive dead hickory tree and a dying cedar tree in our front yard. Guess he just doesn't need the work. We'll find someone who does.

Tim and his crew are a professional, knowledgeable, experienced team. We found All American Tree Care through an Angie's List search and Tim was able to provide the best of 3 estimates we received. They removed a very large Maple tree, ground the stump, pruned two other trees and cleaned up. The team showed up on time, and finished a large job ahead of my expectations. We were completely satisfied with the services provided and will be using Tim and his team again in the future.

We didn't go with them but it was good. They were very pleasant to work with and they gave me exactly what I asked for, nothing more, nothing less so it was good. It was very good. He knew what he was talking about. It took them like 5 to 10 minutes to go over everything. He explained to me what he was gonna do exactly and then gave me a quote. I'd probably not use them in the future because I found somebody.

They are arrived on time, Did there work quickly and efficiently. Cleaned all debris. Were courteous and professional. Good price compared to others quoted.

Tim Khachetoorian came in with the lowest offer price and delivered 5-star service! We had about 5 trees that were decayed and/or hollowed out. Tim and his crew were professional and respectful of our neighbors as the trees were close to the property line. We are pleased with their service and will instantly hire them again to help us with our other trees.

Tim Khachetoorian and his crew were performing work for my neighbor across the street, so I approached him regarding removing a single tree in my yard. After he did the initial work I asked him about removing a second tree, then a third, and then some foundation planting. I was the quintessential "pain in the butt" customer, but Tim was very patient and came back the following day to finish the additional work. His men are very professional and they did a great job of cleaning up. I highly recommend them as a contractor.

They did a really good job, overall. There was the potential for great danger because the trees were huge and very close to the house and very tall. They came with a large crew, two trucks to haul away chips, a big machine to grind out the tree stumps, and another to shred the wood into chips. By the end of the day it was all done and very nicely cleaned up. And their price was much lower than everyone else's. Since it was such a good price, I paid particular attention to make sure there wasn't a reason for the lower price having to do with quality. It seems to me the good price was a function of (a) them having the time to fit me in, and (b) them having an efficient and experienced crew who can get a lot done very efficiently. This firm is a great value.
