+ -1 moreAfter researching doors, ProVia seemed to be a high quality door manufacturer. ProVia doors are a lot more expensive than many other doors, but I can't tell whether Air Co Jal's price was fair for the brand, because I only got 2 prices and they were very similar. I went with Air Co Jal because (1) it's closer to my home and (2) Tim was great to work with. I can't speak to installation -- I don't know if they even do installs -- but selecting and ordering was easy. Tim was very very patient as I waffled about which line door I was interested in. He (repeatedly) pointed out the merits of each, allowed me (more than once) to take samples home overnight, and did numerous cost quotes. He's not a salesperson, and there was no pressure to buy. In fact, Air Co Jal isn't a showroom, it's just a small building with Tim and a ton of window and door samples. What I most appreciated is that he was extremely responsive -- I'd always get a reply, either by email or phone -- within a few hours. He was happy to talk with my contractor about exact sizing and technical details. I ordered my first door in 2014, and then ordered a storm door and an entry door a few weeks ago. Let's now hope that ProVia doors are as good as they sound!

Description of Work: Called for an appointment to price changing out one (1) security door and one (1) storm door. They told me they had just got back from vacation and would call to set up an appointment in a day or two. Never heard from them.
