Description of Work: Put up rain gutter on garage, replaced and painted rotted wood on garage, (there was a lot of rotted wood) found and fixed leak in our roof.

+ 0 more2009- gutted, resheetrocked, and installed new bathroom in classic 1930s Catskill Log Cabin - replaced rusty galvenized pipes with new water lines - replaced rotten wood and reroofed where needed - leveled home and reinforced piers -replaced faucet valves of vintage faucets keeping the original vintage faucets intact. - prepped and painted log cabin 2010- leveled second log home including painting 2013- reroofed and made a custom front door for our classic log cabin
Description of Work: Mike is our goto builder and contractor who is gifted in all things carpentry and mechanical. He has restored two classic log cabins, including gutting one bathroom, roofing and leveling our homes. What is really incredible about Mike is he will keep classic fixtures and architectual details to preserve the original charm of a home. He will not throw out the old to replace it with cheaper new products. Mike is a gifted craftsman and his pricing, professionalism and punctuality are great qualities!

+ -1 moreI cannot state strongly enough as to how professional Mike De Mondo and 3k contracting is. I have used them for many years and could not be happier with every aspect of his work, the pricing and perhaps most importantly the willingness to be there after the initial work was done... its rare that when you do construction that there aren't things that need to be addressed after the contractor leaves. In the case of Mike he never had a problem coming back to make sure that everything was taken care of and that we were thoroughly satisfied.
Description of Work: I have used Mike De Mondo (3k contracting) for over 10 years. In that time Mike did everything from building a bridge accross a stream, jacking up my deck when it began to sink from settlement, renovating the inside of my house, putting in a driveway, putting in a new roof... and on and on.
