The sale was a little bumpy but it was not their fault. They ordered the right carpeting but the wrong carpeting came in. As I was under a time constraint, they more than made up for the issue by upgrading the pad and carpeting to better grades. The installation was done on time and very professionally. From start to finish: the measuring of the house, the floor sales, the rip out and the installation the professional, friendly and courteous staff provided top notch service. I can't say enough about what good people this team is and how well they took care of me and my home. OK, so the wrong carpeting came in and I didn't get what I originally intended. They more than made good on the situation, they bettered it. It is this kind of customer focus that you rarely see any more. They treated me as if I were a valued customer, took care of my home as if it were their own and the installers saw me struggling to take down a built in bookcase and stepped up and did it for me and even hauled away the pieces. I could not be more impressed with this local company and their staff!
