The Nestman

Simply perfect. Very nice contact! Joe responded in a very timely manner. He was able to offer an installation time which was very convenient for us. Once the installation was done, everything was super clean. Needless to say the device was working as expected.  All in all a perfect experience. He even offered his services in case there would be post installation issues.
I would highly recommend to use Joe for Nest Installation. If we need more we will definitely contact him.

We have two Nest thermostats controlling the heat in our home. We've had the Nests for about 6 months and I (the howeowner) did the installation as per Nest's instructions. I replaced 2 basic thermostats that had been installed by the previous owner a few years ago. The Nests seemed to be working fine until 11/25/2013 when we received a low battery signal and they would not connect to the Internet.  I did work with Nest technical support for a couple of hours. they were helpful but explained that I'd have to see how the furnace was set up and there might be some high voltage wiring Id have to deal with. i wasn't comfortable with this so I went to Angie's List. 
I found The Nestman from Angie's list. I called up on Friday morning and spoke to Joe. He was very cordial and professional. When I explained what was going on, i could tell by his responses and questions that he knew exactly what the problem was. He was able to find some time to come to our home the next day and gave me a two hour window. He told me over the phone that he expected the work to take about an hour and the cost would be $150 per hour. 
He came right on time Saturday afternoon and he lives about 30 miles away.The first thing he told me was that if he couldn't fix the problem, he will not charge me for coming out. That was surprising and nice to hear. He saw what the problem was and had a couple of ways to fix it. He did have to go down to the boiler n the basement to check out how the wiring was done.  He explained how the system worked and he also explained that according to the instructions and how my old thermostats were set up, I did set them up correctly. However the original thermostats weren't actually set up right so that's why eventually the Nests failed. Joe made the changes to both Nests in a little under an hour. He said that if the way he set it up didn't work, he would come back the next day and set it up another way.
It is now 2 days later and both Nests are working perfectly. They are both keeping their charge and staying online.
I highly recommend The Nestman!  Joe was extremely professional and absolutely knows his stuff. His pricing was more than fair especially since he had to travel 30 miles to get to our home. It was an excellent experience and If I had another issue with my Nests, I wouldn't hesitate to call Joe again. 

All went well. He was punctual, friendly, neat and very friendly.

Because out unit was very old and wiring was confusing, it took him a while to figure it out.
Internet connection was a little bit problem.
Eventually it worked out well.
I could not have done myself.
Now happy to have very modern looking thermostat.
