I can not rave more about this job! Vinnie is honest, extremely professional as are his men, son Rocco and nephew who also worked with him. They are true artisans. Vinnie asked my budget and gave me options and what he could do for those options. We feel we picked the best for the area and weather we live in, although it was not the cheapest option, we are thrilled with the results! As I am an artist, I needed someone who could design. Vinnie came up with a graph paper design, that eventually we modified, he communicated well and understood that I didn't want a more modern look, as my house has a traditional exterior. He widened our driveway so we had more room to maneuver our cars, extended our front steps and made them easier to walk up, less steep. He found a way to give my south alley path a curve that was aesthetically pleasing. He came in July to do the drainage in the north alley, way ahead of the rest of the job, when he saw I was concerned, as our drainage had changed due to the hurricane and we were getting too much water in that alley. He said,and quot;I will not abandon youand quot;, and came with one man and did the drainage himself. Since then, this alley has stayed dry, even during bad rainstorms. During the major job in August , he worked with 4-6 men some days,some days he supervised, gave directions and left, and some days his son was left in charge. The men worked constantly, efficiently, neatly and cleaned up at the end of every day. His men came on time every day. When we had to remove plants, his men moved them and transplanted them, one even went into a neighbor's garden! With this company, you get what you pay for. Although some companies we interviewed were more money, not too many had vision. One company told me that no one is doing steps that aren't rounded, one said, you need a drainage specialist. VInnie's contention is that if you are in his line of work you should BE a drainage specialist! I communicated mostly by text messaging, and Vinnie was responsive most of the time. There was a delay in our initial consultation response, and he apologized for the delay ,stating that they had been very busy. Otherwise, communication was excellent. I trust this man!

They did a fantastic work. They are very quick and they real pay very close attention to details. He got caught up on another project and didn't exactly convey that to me. I had to call him to find that out. They were there when they said they were going to be.
