+ -1 moreIt went very smoothly. The work was carefully coompleted and the team was thoroughly professional.
Description of Work: I obtained 4 estimates. Tom's company has been in business over 25 years. His price was the best by far. I had the opportunity to view many completed roofs and styles (shingle, synthetid fiberglass and slate) in my geographic area. He communicated efficiently by email. He provided insurance certificates. He showed up on time. His crew (Three roofers and about 6 helpers came daily) was friendly and professionally competent. They completed a huge roof, copper valleys and flashings (20 yards of debris carted off) in 5 days.He installed a Certainteed Grand Manor Asphalt shingle roof with ice shield underneath. There was a 1/2 day scaffolding setup and cleanup at either end of the job. The premises were thoroughly cleaned after the job was completed. He has my highest recommendation.

+ 0 moreI obtained four estimates. His was best. They arrived a week earlier than expected. Teh house was scaffold. One day for removal of roof (20 years of debris), 4.5 days for three roofers and six helpers to install the new roof with one day for cleanup.
Description of Work: I used T L Roofing and Sheet Metal Corp to remove an old roof and install ice shield, new copper flashing and valleys, new grand maner and certainteed shingled roof.
