+ -1 moreI thought they had done a good job, but afterwards saw that an entire side of the carpet under the couch had not been cleaned at all.. it was disgusting and too late to call them back to do it properly before our guests arrived.

+ 0 moreWent very well from start to finish. Extremely happy with the results and reasonable cost. Plan to use them again for simmilar services. Would highly recommend them to others who need carpet cleaning service. Products used are echo friendly.
Description of Work: John from spotless cleaning service cleaned and deodorized carpets in three bedrooms cleaned upholstered furniture. He also cleaned three small area rugs. Results were excellent. Very pleased with John's expertise professionalism and punctualiy. He even left two bottles of carpet deododerizers for future use.

He has also cleaned the carpets of my neighbor and daughter, and are both equally pleased with his work. He works h****** getting rid of stubborn stains and makes sure that I am satisfied with the work performed. I recommend him without any reservation.

John is very personable, he was quick, he was very thorough, and very reasonable on price (gave best price doing the same work). I would definitely use his services again, and I am considering using him to clean my tile.
