The person in the office scheduled someone to come out a few hours after my phone call. The tech was professional and took care of the bad senor in under 45min's. Would use again.

I was very happy with them on everything. Top quality work, reasonable prices, nice people. It took them 2 days to complete the work. They did very well at cleaning up after they were finished with the work.

They finished the work in one day, and they did a good job. We were very satisfied.

The owner Steven seemed to be a good guy to talk with at the beginning. He sent out his guy and provided the estimate within reasonable time. Then things got weird from there. I emailed him with a few questions regarding the job but he never reply back even after I left voice mails almost everyday hoping he'd return my calls. It's been over two weeks and I finally got a hold of him yesterday. He explained he's too busy and probably can't take on the project which is fine but the waiting and poor communication shown lacking of professionalism of this company. My conclusion is that you should look elsewhere unless you don't mind the endless waiting.

Our toilet was overflowing and leaking to our downstairs dining room. Rudco was able to come within a few hrs. They repaired the toilet and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

They are very good. I had them in my house twice. I paid $800 for the parts and the labor. We had a pricey piece of apparatus in our bathroom that's why it became pricey. The part itself was $400. We had no other choice and we had to stay with that because if they were going to take and put a cheaper one in, then it would be more costly for them to go in through the wall. It would be a big mess. They do an excellent work. They were reasonable with the prices. The labor became a little bit more with the part we had because we had to pay the guy for his time going to the store to pick up the part because we didn't know what part it was, so we had to pay for the time and his transit to get to the store and get it back. I understand what they were going to charge accordingly, but that was the only bad part that I was paying for time for the guy to be on the road, instead of him being in the house doing the repair. He had to take the thing apart to figure out what was broken in it and then when he saw what was broken, then he had to take the broken part with him and go to the store, so he could replace the exact part and come back with it. I had them originally three or four months before for a faucet and I had a pipe that was leaking in another bathroom, so that's how I got them back for this job.
