Description of Work: They came to house, carefully removed fish from pond, cleaned pond, set up new filtration system and pump. Ed came back two weeks later to show me how to remove clog to system.

+ -1 moreWe had Ed and his team install a waterfall in 2012. It looks great, and works great! The true confirmation came in May 2014. I noticed that the lights weren't working. I called Ed and he said to try just changing the bulbs. I changed the bulbs on a day that I was doing some planting in the areas on and around the waterfall. As I was doing my planting, I must have been too heavy and caved in one of my reservoirs. I called Ed back and explained what happened and that I needed a repair estimate. He came out the next day. He looked at it, said that shouldn't happens and took care of it for me at no charge. He also had my transformer to my lighting replaced free of charge. A week later, I noticed that my waterfall needed constant refilling. A call to Ed and he sent his guys out to repair, move, replace, or do whatever needed to be done to the liner. Ed is a true professional who provides quality products and workmanship, and top notch customer service.
