The experience with North Shore Fence was as perfect as any home improvement project could go.. Ken the relationship manager for North Shore fence made sure everything went according to our difficult timeline. We needed 4 separate installation phases to be compatible with other work being done at that time. Each visit was punctual and efficient. Any questions or concerns Ken came by the house to handle them personally. They helped with the town permit application process, and even worked with my wife to design her vision. The only negative was the installation team on the first install phase was not listening to what we wanted, but one conversation with Ken and that was rectified. At the end, I felt very assured that if we every had a problem North Shore Fence would be there for us.

called for estimate on late Friday afternoon. Their representative came over measured and gave a firm proposal the next morning, which I thought was very reasonable. The fence was installed within a couple of weeks, as represented, and looks great.

Awesome. The estimate with Erik was great- he asked a lot of important questions that I hadn't considered. I'm attached on both sides, so placement matters. Also, we discussed the grading of my property, as it slants to the side. I have a very difficult schedule, but he was able to get the materials ready and have the fence installed about 2 weeks later. I really appreciated this, because otherwise I would have had to wait until the Spring! The men showed up on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up after they left. I thought the price was very fair- both for labor and materials. Materials were high quality. I had an excellent experience, and would highly recommend this company. Beautiful work. I am so pleased with my new fence. Completely transformed my previously ugly backyard. Truly stunning.

I called to ake an appointment for them to come to the house and give me an estimate for the fences I wanted installed. I spoke with Ken who was professional, and who told me that I would be contacted either that same day or the following day to set up the meeting. That was three weeks ago. I fond another company that I am happy with. If they cannot contact me to set up a simpe appointment, why bother?

I had great experience with North Shore Fence. I got several quotes from other fence companies and North Shore Fence not only provided the best price but they were professional and great to work with. They were very accommodating and offered many options and described the benefits to each. They were very honest and pleasant to work with. I've been having major construction in my house and can honestly say that they've been the best experience of all the vendors/contractors. The installation team was very professional and efficient and cleaned up after. My neighbors even commented how well the install went and the high quality of the work team. I would highly recommend using North Shore Fence!

Ken came to get measurements for a PVC fence. He told me he would email me an estimate. Estimate was never received.

They did an excellent job. They were very cooperative with the paperwork for the permit. On the day of the installation, they were punctual and very professional. It was clear that they were experts at what they were doing. There was a difficult section involving a large tree that is right on the line of the fence. They did a great job and made it look seamless.

This company was an absolute pleasure to deal with . I worked with Robert primarily. They came for an estimate the same day I called, had the written one mailed out and I got it within a day or two. Everything was always spelled out, discussed and all questions answered before the work began. We had the fence done in the fall and had the gates put in this past month. Everything was precise, the workers were always on time, everything was neat and tidy and the work was done quickly. I never had a problem with any of the work done by their company and we get a lot of compliments on how great the house looks with the work done by their company. Even when we had another contractor damage the fence a month after it was put it, Robert came to the house, inspected and was nice enough to write us up an estimate of what it would cost to repair the damage. Working with them you feel like a friend of the family. They are such a pleasure and nice to work with a company that you feel at ease with. Prompt with phone calls and communication, respectful- what a business should be. I would recommend them to anyone I knew looking to add a fence/gate/railing to their property.

NORTH SHORE DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT ENOUGH TO DO BUSINESS WITH, BUT I FEEL THAT THEY TOOK TOTAL ADVANTAGE OF ME ON THE PRICE. I WAS UPSET ABOUT THE PRICE SITUATION.
