I had discovered that I had a leak in the wall between my bathroom and kitchen. I was distraught, because I knew insurance would not cover any of the plumbing costs. A friend of mine recommended JC Construction. I then met owner, Jairo, who came over, assessed my damage, and discussed all repair costs involved. Jairo was willing to work with me after discussing the financial hardships I was experiencing. He was respectful and fair and understood my needs. The work was completed in a timely fashion, and my bathroom looks beautiful. The leak caused the entire bathroom to need to be gutted down to the studs. There was also damage to the hallway ceiling by my burner, and slight damage on the kitchen side, which also needed to be repaired. Jairo and his workers were respectful of my property and worked tirelessly to get the job done knowing that I only had one bathroom in the house. Do not hesitate to contact Jairo with any remodeling needs!! I wouldn’t use anyone else!! A+

Hired J&C to remodel my bathroom. When there were delays with the town licensing process, he offered to use the wait time to add an entertainment wall and crown moulding the in the LR. Work is too notch, within budget and Jairo and Carlos were very responsive to my concerns - even after all bills had been settled. Plan to have them back to replace my roof and for additional work.

Outstanding Contractor – A Perfect Renovation! We hired Carlos from JC Construction NY Corp to completely renovate our NYC 2br apartment, and the experience was fantastic. Carlos and his team handled everything—from installing new floors and doors to gut-renovating the kitchen and bathroom, adding new lighting and trim, custom-built cabinetry in our living room, to expertly skim-coating and painting the walls. They handled all appliance and furniture deliveries too, making the process seamless. Renovations can be long and stressful, but Carlos made it as smooth as possible. No matter what we asked—whether it was a design change or a concern about deliveries or timing—he always said "no problem" and found a way to get it done. Carlos, Jairo and their team did an absolutely wonderful job with the renovation of my NYC apartment. They completely redid my kitchen, installed hardwood floors throughout my whole apartment, smoothed out popcorn ceilings, painted, and installed new radiator covers and a gorgeous built in cabinet for my living room heat and AC. They were great to work with and right on schedule and budget (which was very reasonable). They were also very patient and helpful with my co-op and the process to get the renovations approved. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

This company worked on a two-story addition to my home, as well as the addition of a front portico. They also built a new paved driveway, and did all the interior work in the new extension. It was a real pleasure to work with Carlos and Jairo. They are knowledgeable and very professional. The construction process went smoothly. I highly recommend this company.

JC construction Corp. were so professional they were on time due to the word the work the work was done to perfection and from start to finish I had no aggravation at all with my kitchen remodel they came when they said they were gonna come and the work was done exactly as I wanted and I love my kitchen. I’ve hired them to do my bathroom after this, and they were just the best contractors I could’ve asked for.
