+ -1 moreFOR THE MOST PART, MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS GOOD. THEIR PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR MOST THINGS, BUT SOMETIMES IT WAS A LITTLE HIGH. THEY WEREN'T VERY GOOD AT GETTING BACK TO US. IN THE END, I WAS FAIRLY SATISFIED WITH HOME DEPOT.

+ -1 moreWHEN THEY CAME OUT TO DO THE INSTALLATION THEY HAD GOTTEN ALL THE MEASUREMENTS WRONG. WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY REFUSED TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND REFUSED TO CALL ME BACK. I HAD TO CALL THE CORPORATE OFFICE TO GET THEM TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
