I highly recommend landscape designer Craig Donley and his team from Hick's. He came in with beautiful detailed plans including pavers leading to pool, new BBQ patio area, and so very much more. Every tree, plant, shrub and flower was meticulously planned out. He also helped with a lighting plan. Craig is brilliant and wonderful to work with. His landscaping foreman Juan Meija was wonderful and beautifully executed Craigs design.

I would recommend them.

It only lasted about 15 minutes or so. The person who came around charged $175 and was really looking to get a large contract and I was not interested in that.

My wife and I stopped by the landscape office in Hicks nursery in early March to request a consultation for our home. We had several dead trees and bushes that we wanted replaced and needed ideas for a new design. We were told someone would contact us by the end of the month as the store was busy with preparations for their annual flower show. Early April came and still no phone call. We contacted Hicks again and were able to have one of their so called "landscape designers" come to our home on April 7th for a consultation. We discussed what we needed done and tossed around several ideas. She said that she was very busy but promised us a formal plan within 3 weeks. We paid $175 the initial consultation and $300 for the design plan. She returned to our home in a week or two take measurements and pictures. Three weeks went by and we contacted the designer and she told us she needed 2 more weeks because she was so busy. Again two weeks went by and nothing. We played phone tag for a week. Finally on Monday May 16 I returned to Hicks and inquired again about the project. The designer was in the office and she told me she needed to work on the plan a few more hours. This was on a Monday. I told her I would give her until the end of the week to come up with a design plan or else we were done. She assured me that she would be done with the plan by then and would contact me to set up an appointment for Saturday to discuss. Again, the week passed and NOTHING. Finally today on Tuesday, May 24th I went back to Hicks and demanded a full refund. I asked to speak with the store manager to explain why I was requesting a refund. He was very pleasant and apologized and issued the refund promptly. He offered no excuses or explanation. So here we are with 2 1/2 months wasted after our initial contact with Hicks. Mind you, this was not going to be a cheap job. We were going to purchase several trees, bushes and plants. Plus labor costs. You're talking several thousands of dollars. Guess Hicks doesn't need the business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR LANDSCAPE DESIGN!!

Lovely, relaxing place to visit and find some new plants to add to your indoor or outdoor garden.

It is a very fine operation. They are very good and really do a good job. They have good products and it is a pleasure doing business with them. Their prices are pretty good. They are open normal business hours.

They are a very high quality shop and have lots of variety. They gave good information and are experts in their field.

Sometimes they have a sales, which is nice because their prices are a bit high. The service and staff are always friendly and helpful.

Salesman was very helpful to point out varieties which met my needs and my budget. They have a very good selection and the plants have always been hearty. They answered any question I had.
