"Customer service" for your lawn maintenance guy is sort of an unfair expectation--they're out on people's lawns all day, and so its completely unreasonable to expect that someone will answer their phone when you call. I did get prompt return calls, though, pricing was way better than the people I was replacing, and the spring clean-out of the property was much more thorough than I had in the past.

Recently hired Old Country Landscaping to perform some basic lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, etc.). Was impressed with responsiveness to my inquiry and prices seemed in line with other companies. They showed up when expected and so far, based on two services), we are happy with the results. Lawn/yard looks neat and clean. Would recommend this company.
