Always leaked in attic Came three times and still leaks through our bedrooms ceiling

contractor has decided to not service roof mounted A/C units even though they had serviced me in the past with good service. I was dissapointed because I had referred them to other people for service and installations.

Delca was wonderful! Mike worked with me to ensure that my furnace would be installed and ready to go when my power was restored. This was no easy feat because his own workers had been impacted by the storm, gas was scarce, and we were dealing with a snowstorm. I made several calls to Delca during all this and Mike promptly returned every one. Since I was staying at a hotel, he coordinated installation dates and times with my erratic schedule. I will never forget that because I was so stressed out, I needed a company I could count on.The furnace was installed the day before my power came back...the workers (very friendly) did a great job. I recommended Delca to my neighbor whose furnace and central air were also installed by this company shortly after mine. Even the person who answers the phone and books the appointments is so pleasant! Delca will be returning to my home next week (six months after Sandy) to install my new central airconditioning unit. Great company!!

Clean and fast

I also gave the name of the guy who did the work for me to five other people because that is how good the guy is. I've known him since high school. His work is clean and he doesn't ruin your house. If he tells you it's going to work, it's going to work. He did it within five hours without ruining my house; so it was great. I have already recommended him to 5 people.
