They were very honest, polite and very professional. It was expensive but they did a good job. I had a little bit of a problem with their billing. They didn't itemize my bill for me.

I was going to use this company to do a shrub removal in the front of my house. Mr. Bartlett said he came out to the home and looked at the job. He never rang the door bell or called when he was here. We are not sure if he even came and were not pleased that he didn't call or knock.

I called to get a estimate for work on my trees. I was told it cost $200 to get an estimate. I told them that on Angie's list, it said they offered a complimentary tree assessment. The person I talked said that that wasn't true. I think it atypical anyway to charge for an estimate, and I don't see how they stay in business if they charge you a fee for telling you how much their work costs.

He gave us a good estimate, but one thing you need to keep in mind is that work can get backed up if the weather is bad. The work ended up being delayed a couple of months, but we weren?t in a hurry so it wasn?t a problem. Sometimes they have been there exactly on the date and sometimes they are a little delayed.

Alexis and Jason had come in person to inspect work to be done and gave us an estimate. Upon receiving a written estimate, we made an appointment for the work to be done today, 7/25. Two men arrived slightly before the appointed time, examined the work to be done, and after a brief time out for lunch, they set to work. Incredibly hardworking, polite, and friendly. They left the area in excellent condition, cleaning up, removing the limbs, and used a machine which shredded the branches trimmed. My husband and I were both very pleased.
