The product arrived and required that I charge the battery before using it. I did for 24 hours. The battery and motor did not work. I called the company and requested my money back since I don't like to deal with companies that sell junk. They informed me that they do not take products back. The only solution is to provide me with a replacement battery and motor. It has been over a month now and I haven't heard anything from aquaqualitypools.com, no call, no replacement product, nothing. Watch out for problems if you deal with this company.
Description of Work: I purchased a new battery and motor for my pool cleaner from this company via their website.
