carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreThe only reason I would not give ABC A's is because they accidentally put down one of my rugs in the wrong direction. Now, they did move it for me when I corrected them but they kind of gave me a look. I thought that since I was paying for the service, they ought to put it back correctly. Otherwise, we felt they did an excellent job for us and we would probably be calling them again in the future to clean our carpets or antique rugs. Their prices are not the lowest but we hired them because we felt that they were capable of getting the job done right.
Description of Work: When my husband and I recently moved to an apartment in the city for retirement, we had ABC clean a large area carpet in our living room and our den. They also cleaned two small antique area rugs for us. ABC came to our home, picked up our rugs and returned them to us clean. They then put them back down where they were supposed to go. I can not remember what we paid because it was such a busy time with moving but it was more than a hundred dollars I can safely say.

+ -1 moreI WAS SURPRISED WITH THIS COMPANY. WHEN I USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE THEY WERE FINE, BUT NOW THEY HAVE CHANGED FOR THE WORSE. THE STAFF HAS NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE NOT HIGH QUALITY.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED CARPETING IN TWO BEDROOMS.
