Nick is great. I was able to get him on the phone on one of the busiest days. After the cold snap everyone had frozen pipes. I have used Nick many times in the past and he fit me in despite his crazy busy schedule. He came, fixed the problem and charged a fair price. He is reliable, professional and very nice.

I purchased a new faucet unit expecting to have to replace the one I have because of a leak in that faucet and below the sink. Nick is a real pro. He was able to repair the existing faucet by taking it apart and refurbishing it very carefully, and he fixed the leak beneath the sink. He works quickly, and the cleanup was very good. He went out of his way to do an excellent job, and now I can return the new faucet that I no longer need. His price is VERY fair and he saved me money, too.

It all went well but took longer than I expected. Nick had all of the parts needed for each job. in his truck.

Nick was not able to take on the job for me due to some temporary physical ailments he has at the moment. Moving a 60 gallon water tank is no easy challenge. However, I am very appreciative that he still returned my call and explained the situation. Furthermore he went on to recommend two other plumbers that he trusts that I could pursue quotes from. He also explained the differences between tanks and that I should consider an aqua booster tank as well if my coil is still good. Nick is a true gentlemen, I just had to post a positive review to thank him as he did not have to go out of his way to assist me.

Nick was terrific! He asked me to e-mail him pictures of my toilets and we corresponded so that he was sure that he would have any parts that I needed. He arrived within the scheduled time and used a great deal of ingenuity to fix toilet issues. Nick spent a lot of time making sure that it all was perfect and told me that a part I had purchased separately from Kohler was not necessary. He replaced the separate on/off valve for my washing machine, as it had been dripping. When Nick examined the pipes under my sink, he confirmed that one of the pipes had corroded and that that another one was at the end of its shelf life. He replaced both with a more durable piping that than those originally there. Nick answered any questions that I had about his procedures and was very patient and clear. All three toilets have been working very well thus far; the issues appear to be resolved. He used of a lot of ingenuity in fixing the issues with the kind of knowledge that only years of experience could have provided him. He also gave me a 5% Angie's List discount. The only thing negative I could say is that Nick doesn't provide emergency service, but he provided me with the name of someone I could call if there was an emergency.

Toilet tank would not fill up properly- appeared to be a busted part inside the tank itself... As I stated above - they were very prompt - professional = and courteous .... Problem was resolved approx. 7 hours after I notified them .. Great result - would use them again in a heart beat ..

Nick came out to do the work. He was very good. He was very prompt.

Nick responded quickly to my email. Called next day and made me a quick appt. a day later. Very friendly, cleaned the area well and called the day of work to let me know he was on his way.
