John was in a hurry, told me 3 times it was getting late when I asked a question. He came about 4pm and do not think he and his helper were here an hour. Never washed off the pool cover. Did not even skim the leaves that were in pool, and never hooked up bottom drain. Did not tighten one valve, and much water in my garage. Left pool in horrible condition, and told me if it does not clear in a few days to call, and he will do a service call. After 2 days, I had to hire someone else to fix the horrible job he did. Extremely disappointed, would never use again.

The inground pool that came with the house we bought failed and leaked from day one. The company that installed the pool refused to acknowledge the pool had a problem even though it was plain to see the drain was sinking. After testing and discovering the pool leaked just as we suspected that same company refused to fix it. After searching and meeting with several pool companies we chose JHS to replace the liner and fix the problem. Upon removal of the old liner the problem was indeed the drain which had been installed incorrectly and was the cause of the leak. John was great to work with and his crew did a super job replacing the liner and reinstalling the drain correctly. We've not had any problems and have been enjoying the pool for two years with no leaks. I'd recommend JHS to anyone needing a pool!

Good to work with. Communication could have been a little clearer. However, all in all was a job well done. I would, therefore, recommend them and continue to work with them.

The work is well done, but the price you pay out is quite expensive.

JHS was very professional, and their sub-contractors as well. All in all, a very good experience. However, after only 2+ years, we are experiencing a rough surface, with concommitant algae growth. After begging JHS for help, John told us it was our fault for high pH. However, we have weekly records from our normal pool maintenance outfit going back to the first spring when we opened the pool after JHS re-plastered it in the fall of 2017. The records prove that anytime our pH was even a little high, we corrected it immeditaely. If you hire this company, know that if you develop problems, all you will hear, if anything, is "it's your problem".
