He installed the system in the house that we purchased. We have too many heads on one zone. The lines are not deep enough. He had a sprinkler head placed UNDER the deck!! Another head was buried a half a foot underground on the side of the house. The lawn does not get adequate coverage due to improper placement of the heads. I feel that the system that he installed is useless. We would need to basically replace the system and start over to have lawn and landscaping get sufficent coverage. I would NOT RECOMMEND his service. He was not listed on Rainbird as a authorized dealer.
Description of Work: Installed our lawn irrigation system, which was confirmed in the paper work for our home. I called and spoke to him in regards for a repair last July 2012.......I am still waiting for him to call me back to schedule when he could come and to do the work!

[member name removed], I do not recall you calling me. I have done a lot of your surrounding neighbors, 78, 84,85,92,96 and also others on your street, all of whom are very satisfied. Your sprinkler system has a water booster pump. I can guarantee I did not exceed the water capability of your pump. There are not too many heads on one zone. Obviously, we did not put a sprinkler head under your deck. The deck was added after the sprinkler. Also, we did not bury a head 6" deep as we set them flush to the ground. I believe your house sat empty for a couple of years and no maintenance was performed on your sprinkler, ie. spring opening, fall winterization. I am 100% sure with repairs to your sprinkler, you will have textbook coverage on your property. I would be more than happy to come out and fix the sprinkler and rectify this problem for you. Customer satisfaction is very important to me. I am not an authorized Rainbird dealer, I am an authorized Rainbird contractor. Rainman arrived on time,, was super nice and professional. He gave me a broad estimate (which was still reasonable) to fix my existing system as he would not know the extent of the damage until he started up the whole system.

We have been using them for about 3 years. They turn on system in the spring and off fall. They have been very timely and responsive when we have had an issue.
Description of Work: They installed our original system and use them for minor changes.
