We signed a contract in the winter of 2014 ..room not complete until Sept 2014. Workers were good..I just felt even though we did have problems due to a septic tank in the yard that ended up not to be a problem the job took too long. We were not informed that a Boston Ma. Crew would finally come to do the job..we questioned this and Dominick said that they have a hard time getting workers locally. I think we should have been informed of this.The town said great day held up the work and great day says the town held it up...so who knows..it was a great deal of aggravation..the salesman Andrew had to finally come and dig for the septic location and he measured and submitted the plans..changes were made and plans were accepted. .the plumber that was sent from great day said he never worked with a septic before and did not find the tank location..he said it was in a different location then we said..all in all I'm sure we will enjoy the room this spring..it is not leaking with all the rain we are having..it is an improvement from the patio we had before..we feel it took way to long .communication could have been better..a lot of money for a lot of stress. Forgot that a gutter was not cut correctly ..it is too short.

The entire process, from sales visit through final installation to financing went flawlessly. Great Day delivered exactly what they promised. The installers were considerate, polite and extremely efficient and thorough.
