Stanek Windows - Buffalo

I had 12 Stanek double hung windows installed in my house. The top quality was important to me. All windows were triple glazed and argon filled. This company was very transparent, returning all my phone calls. Joe D. did an excellent job in his window demonstration. I am very glad I went with Stanek over the other two estimates I received. Keith and Rob did a great job on the installation and neatly cleaned up. I could tell they were experienced. (The installer matters ) Furthermore, I highly recommend Stanek windows. The above is an honest opinion of my experience with Stanek windows ( West Seneca).

First saw Bay window at the Home Show. Joe our sales rep was so patient and took as much time as we needed, brought all the samples to our home and explained every detail of the installation. We had 2 other manufacturers give us estimates and the quality of their products could not even come close to the Stanek window. The installation team were very professional. They did an amazing job, and were very considerate of our furnishings in the room.

I had 4 windows replaced on 6/3/2019 by Robert Ervolina & Josh Paterson I would strongly recommend this team of installers. They are very friendly, professional & polite they did a excellent job.

Top-notch experience with the Stanek team. Joe was extremely thorough explaining the products and every step of the process. We had 16 windows installed by Keith and his crew within two days, and we are very happy with everything about them.

The salesman Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable on the windows and doors.No pressure to buy.The installers Bill and Dan were great and did a professional job installing the doors and windows (7 windows and 4 doors) We are very happy with the job and our home is much warmer.

They put in 6 windows in an hour and a half and spent the rest of the time Caulking and putting up new facial they were very courteous and friendly answered all my questions and everything looks fantastic

Well worth the wait time-windows are beautiful and finish work to install them was well done. Exterior door and storm very good quality along with electronic lockset. One day and 4 windows, exterior door and storm are complete. Proves you get what you pay for. Thanks!

Great window installation completed on time with no problems. I'm impressed with the window quality.

Widows where installed 9/22/17 upon final inspection noticed one screen missing? Was told by worker"oh yeah that one was missing will get it to you in around 7-19 days"! After multiple phone calls " it will be here 10/10/17- 10/14/17 sent email inquiring when is screen coming? Answer was " next week" that's all the reply said!!!! Great customer service!!!!! Today is 10/16 still waiting .. OH we of course received our first bill from them!!!
