Description of Work: They came out once, then had to return a few days after because the problem returned. They explained that I needed extensive work to my pipes, which I understood but could not afford at this time. They continued to press me for a larger commitment which I did not appreciate.

I wouldn't use them for clearing out this particular drain, since I've done it myself before, but I erroneously thought the problem was a different one than it turned out to be.

Description of Work: We bought the 79.00 deal. The fellow was punctual. He augered our toilet and left 15 min later it plugged again. They did not solve our problem and their standard pricing is very high.

Description of Work: They snaked the line out to the street. There was an additional charge over the original $79 I paid. I found it difficult to believe that the job they did would cost close to $300. My $79 was supposed to cover services up to $250. On top of it the plumber was over an hour and a half late. He did call and it was a Sunday. However, my job wasn't an emergency and I could have waited until the next week if there were too many people scheduled for that day.
