Description of Work: Roto Rooter Service arrived promptly. My husban let the technician into our home and into basement.My husband told the Tech.what the problem was.Which was a blockage in the main sewer line. Service tech. cleared blockage of tree roots in the main line.Service tech. |said that they would come back again with a special sewer line camera to show us if any further service for this line were needed in the next 6 months free of charge.Everything went well except a little hic-up with my prepaid certificate from Angie's List. After printing a copy for service tech. of my Angie's List prepaid service of $25.00 paid for $75.00 worth of services. |Then final cost was still around |$275.00 Even with the prepaid certificate. |Without the certificate it would have been around $350.00 |This service was very good,even excellent and quick but at a high price. |A different plumber I used previously only charged me |$90.00 on a Holiday Sunday. I had thought I was getting a great deal by pre-paying for services in advance on Angie's List. |Don't get me wrong, this Rotor Rooter Service was very good and quick,but it was costly. |Grade-work = A+ |Grade-price= B- |
