+ 0 moreI was frustrated with Roto-Rooter because they inaccurately diagnosed the problem with our clogging pipes. The actual problem existed on the outside of the house, not within the interior piping. I would not refer them to others.

+ -1 moreRoto-Rooter was very professional. They came in and assessed what was wrong with the leak. When they finished I told them some other work I needed done and they did it. They were very meticulous about their work and wore booties in the house to keep from to keep the floors clean.
Description of Work: Roto-Rooter fixed a leak in a pipe in the basement. They put in some new faucets and a shower head in my bathroom.

+ 0 moreI was totally unhappy with the price. Roto-Rooter did an okay job but should have cost a lot less. I called and complained for 10 minutes and they only refunded $30. I still have not seen this money yet.
Description of Work: Roto-Rooter cleaned out our kitchen drain because it was backed up and plugged. He was here 1 hr and 5 minutes and it cost too much money($200 an hour).
