Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services

The service went well. Overall time was about 3.5 hours. Very clean and professional at all times. We didn't have the cartridge needed for the tub handle so provider sold to us & installed it for one price. Angie's List coupon made this about 1/2 the cost of what the service would have been. Would recommend this company and service person for any needed plumbing work.

He was phenomenal. I had tried to repair it myself, and to my embarrassment I only made the situation worse to the point where I was reluctant to call a professional to come out and fix it. The gentleman who came out, Scott, was highly professional and was a little embarrassed to tell him how I tried to repair it. He did a superb job and was such a gentleman. I can’t say enough to praise his professionalism and how great he was. Scott pointed out that part of the problem was a rusty turn off valve on the hot water tank and he fixed that as well. The overall experience was wonderful and he gave me a great price and was same day service, which I really appreciated.

Really my only gripe is the cost. Everything else was good. The total cost of service was $315 but I paid $144 because of a coupon ($79 for $250) I purchased through Angie's List. I felt the $144 was what it should have actually cost and the $315 was just a number they adjusted to make sure they were still making money on the service call. I know my regular plumber definitely wouldn't have charged $315 for the work so that's why I won't be using these guys again unfortunately. Plus, they sent out 2 guys to do the job which was probably not that efficient. Aside from the price, the guys were good, courteous, and professional and got the job done with no recurrence of any leaks. Certainly can't complain there.

This plumber did work for us before and he is excellent. He arrives when he is scheduled and does not stop until he is done. He is very professional.

The work itself was done very quickly! I did have to wait a while for the repairman to arrive, i called on friday evening around 6 and was given a service time for a few hours ... a serviceman didnt arrive until saturday afternoon - also waited all of saturday for the serviceman to come back to finish the work as he needed an extra person as well as the materials. They took the angie's deal even after service was scheduled which i appreciated and helped save me $$ on the total cost of the job. Overall they were professional and i trusted the work that was done being that they also give a warranty! My only gripe was the wait time associated with getting the service.

Determined we were backed up to the street. Not only did the price include snaking that, but also under the house. That was a good thing, because he said we would have been calling them within a month because that was 90% backed up too with lint from our washer!

WE HAD WATER BACK UP INTO THE BASEMENT ON THE FLOOR. ROTO-ROOTER WAS THERE WITHIN 3 HOURS, LOCATED THE CLOG, SNAKED THE CLEAN-OUT OUTSIDE, CLEANED OUT ROOTS AND DEBRIS. PIPES WERE GOOD AS NEW. THEIR NORMAL FEE OF $265 WOULD HAVE BEEN PRICEY BUT I BOUGHT THE $250 COUPON FOR $79 ON ANGIES LIST WHICH MADE THIS A STEAL. SERVICE WAS FAST, PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT.

They did the job very well, and they came on time, I was surprise that I got the service the next day.

Bob was very nice and professional. He called to let me know when he was coming and arrived on time. He was friendly and explained everything that he was going to do. He fixed the problem and didn't leave any mess. I am very happy with his work and will call Roto- Rooter again in the future.

They added a large pipe to the outside, installed pump and put on bricks so that it would last longer. They are pricey but the showed up quickly and did the work in the hours expected. And it is guaranteed for one year.

It was not as complicated as I thought. It took less than 30 minutes, and it costed $265. Fortunately I purchased a $250 gift certificate for that service provider thru Angieslist, and had to pay less than $15 extra. What was quoted as $265 service, came to me for $100 due to the coupon. I would be very unhappy to pay $265 for that piece of "work", but am fine by getting the same for $100. I think all the plumbers/rooters charge similar service charges. This may not be a negative review for this specific plumber/rooter.

He came in and looked the problem over, went outside to gather the tools he needed. He then proceeded to remove the broken part of the PCV pipe, glued the joint together and the job was complete.

Roto-Rooter was great! The tech knew exactly what needed to be done, and was very professional. I will use them again!

They arrived promptly and were very professional. They got me an appointment within 24 hours, on a Saturday, at no extra charge, which is great for me since I work M-F. They did a great job. I had an Angie's List coupon- $79 for $250 of work. Without that coupon, their prices seem very high. With the coupon, it was well worth it.

Plummer worked for at least four hours cleaning out the drains. He did a very thorough and professional job. The drains probably hadn't been worked on for 60 yrs.

The water pressure just about doubled and now when we take a shower and someone else runs water we barely notice it. The plumber was clean (both in appearance and the job he did), punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and we will definitely be asking for him again!!

Called them at 615pm and they were at my house by 8. On a rainy miserable day, young man was outside taking care of our problem. The water was backing up and flooding our basement and he took care of the problem.

My experience went very well. The staff was very professional and friendly while visiting. I was pleased with the outcome of their services and plan on using this company again.

It was very disappointing. But they were very professional and just explained that they do not service the area that I live in. I understand. But if the opportunity arose I would definitely recommend them. sincerely Kathe

HE FIXED BOTH PROBLEMS WITHIN 2 HOURS

Received an email saying I was out of their service area and that I should get a refund from Angie's List. Jennifer was very professional with her email to me.

The service was good. They fixed the issue that we were having. They had some fees for parts, and so we paid an additional 50 Dollars. They were on time, and it went pretty well.
