Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services

After 2-3 visits, I needed to make the decision to replace the pipes. It was a long process, and just one man did it all. I am very pleased and hope that this will be the end of my plumbing problems.

They came out, gave a quote and replaced the pump, all in an hour.

They came in assessed the situation, realized it was a filter issue, ran out to get the part quickly returned and then fixed the problem with no other major work needed. We had some sewer odor in the front yard and they checked that out at no cost, and advised us what to do if the odor got worse, great service and professionalism.

The basement has not backed up since they cleared away the tree roots

I thought the 325 was a little steep for a snake job, but they showed up same day (within 2 hours on a Saturday) and got the job complete. It did take him an hour to clear it. My only issue is that the service I paid for was for them to send a camera through to check what was blocking and pipe damage, but the tech that arrived did not have a camera. He said there would be a follow up with another tech within a week to come out with a camera to scope. I will need to call and see what is happening with the scope part of my service that was not fulfilled. This is why I knocked Quality to Fair.

I scheduled it online, the night before, they came right away in the morning. Actually I was more than impressed by the service team that came to do our service. They were there maybe half an hour, they took care of our problem. They are very pleasant, very professional.

There was a 6 month warranty. The technician was extremely friendly, responsible, and knowledgeable. They were able to get the service almost immediate.

It went well, considering the best fix would have required tearing down the wall and cutting the metal waste line in the wall. The temporary, less expensive fix was good. It still cost too much in my opinion.

The job was completed properly ... The cost was staggering. We called and complained and Roto Rooter said the space was tight so we were charged a higher rate. We were charged for two hours of labor to replace a single valve near our hot water heater.. We will never use or recommend this company.

We have a very dry cellar, we don't use a sump pump or anything. I was very, very pleased with the work.

It was great, it was fine! My tenant upstairs was having a washing machine installed. The pipe he was using, when they took the cap off the pipe it was leaking. So, we called Roto-Rooter to see why it was dripping. We have used them before! It was dripping because the pipe was old and needed a whole new part put into it. What I like about Roto-Rooter is that I did not have to be here. Because if you are a landlord, many companies insist that you?re there to supervise the job and they don?t make me do that. I pay my credit card over the phone so I was not inconvenienced at all. They told me exactly when they were coming. I didn?t expect it to cost that much, because I thought it was going to be a simple job. But, it had to be done. There are no drips! They were polite and informative. My tenant was there.

I was very pleased with the service and responsiveness of the Roto Rooter Team. They responded promptly on a Sunday evening to investigate problem and the following day to identify location of collapsed line and cracks. They were very courteous, timely in restoring sewer service that day, excavation of the line, and the cleanup and remediation of sewage. In addition, they replaced broken pipes and remaining older sewer line segment the following day. They helped facilitate my insurance company claim for reimbursement of covered services.

Albert Richer 1756 was the service Plumber, he was there on time and very professional. He knew exacly how to resoulve the problem without overselling me on services I didn't need. He was done in an hour I would defenetly use him again. In addition to clearing the sewer of tree roots, he treated the line with Rootx which kills the roots and prevents their regrowth.

The rep took care of if in about 15 minutes, no problems!

Alfred diligently and efficiently accomplished all the work and was very professional. He is an excellent plumber. His explanations were clear, and he cleaned up each area after he finished a task, This is the best experience I have ever had with a plumber.

They are great. They are a little bit more expensive but they are quick, they are professional they know what they are doing otherwise I wouldn't keep calling them

The plumber was truly persistent. He kept at it until a giant hairball was dragged out of the drain. He was really very professional.

The receptionist scheduled my appointment for five days after the call. I could not wait, but I was in a bind. I am new to the area, so I took the appointment. A neighbor told me to call another company. I did and they were out to the house that afternoon. I cancelled the appointment I had and received a call from the company owner. He apologized for the misunderstanding by the receptionist. Some problems can not wait five days and some can.

They did good. They came right up nice and fast. The kitchen drain was plugged up and they went in the basement and Roto-Rooter got a snake own to the city sewer. We've tried other plumbers and we've had Roto-Rooter come out twice for some serious major work; underground pipes out to the storm sewers, yard tile drains sundered by tree roots and they've all had the coolest equipment; cameras going down the sewer lines and the capability of sonar echo ranging for water lines. I just always go with Roto-Rooter now because I pretty much trust that they are going to either have it or bring the right equipment for the job. I use them all the time because I trust them now.

That was like a thousand dollars but they had to retrench the backyard to the road and relay new pipe and all of that. So it was quite a big job. A lot of folks complained when the saw the Roto-Rooter truck in front of my house, they said they were terrible, but after they were done, I was thinking, "boy, you guys had a bad day." Because these guys knew exactly what to do and did it before the day was over. I was amazed. They have the equipment.

Their response was excellent (under an hour to arrive). They cleared the plug, but they couldn't completely remediate the drip into the kitchen below as the fiber insulation was soaked as is the ceiling tile. That will have to wait for now.

3 man crew completed job in 6 hours in 90 degree heat without complaint or compromise to workmanship. New line, including clean out and bubbler at street was done in glued Sch 35 PVC. Soil was neatly replaced and area cleaned up before they left. Excellent job!
