+ -1 moreHe provided practical guidance on where to spend and where I could use do-it-myself changes to improve the overall look and function of my home. For example, liquid Ridex in a sprayer kills moss growing on roofs and will help to maintain the roof tiles; he pointed out where I would need to have trees limbed back for safety; and he recommended bar keepers friend to return my bathroom to shining cleanliness. All very reasoned and practical remedies. He also pointed out things that may come up on a home inspection that are not issues. It was a good investment and I intend to have Ron look at any potential property I want to buy.
Description of Work: Ron is a top WNY home inspector and listed on BBB as A+. I had Ron inspect a property for my daughter a few years ago and was impressed with his thoroughness as well as time he took to teach the young people about the property maintenance needs. I thought of Ron immediately when I decided to put my own house up for sale. Ron walked through my house with me room by room, garage, basement and climbed in the attic to inspect the condition and made a list of all the items that would show up for a future purchaser who would be buying my home. His list along with the Real Estate agent formed my plan for preparing the house for sale.
