I don't understand what these peoples definition of custumer service is. If I had a business and wanted it to prosper I would at least call back. Thats not much to ask for.

They are very pricy. They did a fairly good job but they were really on top. The first thing that was really upsetting about was that, he told us that the first year would cost us amount of dollars because he never done anything for us before and he said that if he comes back next year, he would come in and said it won't be nearly the same cost because he already prep the soil, worked on different areas and said that he would just mainly check, pick up the leaves, put in topsoil but he told us that it would be less expensive but when he came back last year, he never really came down in price. I was really taken by that because the previous year, he said that he was going to give us a break down and so in that respect, I was really taken by surprise. My and I didn't like that.
