interior painters
 + -1 morethe plaster work he did was fine. the painting was neat. he did not finish. he said he would be back. I patiently waited 4-6 weeks because he said he had a big job to do. he never called or came back. he has not returned any of my calls. also the project did come out at a higher price than the estimate.
