""White Glove Cleaning" requires a team of 3 and booked as an untimed appointment. Detailed cleaning's are performed in larger teams in order to accomplish this; as each room is cleaned from corner to corner top to bottom unless otherwise directed by the client. Promotional cleaning's (vouchers) are time pending in order to provide potential clients with a sampling of the work that businesses perform. Depending on the debris level of the home some homes require much more time than others as well as client's expectations. We would be more than happy to explain the differences in cleaning, feel free to call the office anytime. It was a pleasure assisting you and we do hope you enjoy the remaining summer season. "Thank you for providing feedback, unfortunately a house of your size (5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) would require much more than 2 hours in order to complete. It was our understanding that we were to complete as much as possible as to prepare for a party that was going to take place later that week. In order to cover as much ground as possible only a standard cleaning could be performed versus a detailed cleaning in specific rooms. I assure you we use our due diligence in determining the best avenue to spend the 2 hours with a team of 2 in a home of your size. It was a pleasure assisting you, we would love to show you what a larger team with an untimed appointment can accomplish; we think you would be quite amazed. "Thank you for leaving your feedback, bathrooms are always detailed and because of this can definitely take up a great deal of time depending on the amount of bathrooms within the home. In order to complete as much as possible within the time frame of the voucher we focus on larger areas first and finer details after, time pending of course. Window sills, door frames, detailed dusting's are all apart of our cleaning and would most certainly been taken care of should there of been remaining time. Checklist's are always used and left behind upon request, otherwise they are generally brought back to the office.
