Description of Work: I've used Magic Assistants several times and will continue to use them. I typically have had 2 women clean for 2 hours. They do a thorough job and take pride in their work. Most impressive: I had dirty window blinds and they took the time to clean each slat until they shined! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

There appears to be a bit of miscommunication; when booking your third appointment for an upper apartment it was noted during our phone conversation that your focus was floors only and a standard cleaning throughout. If we fell short or overlooked anything that you were not pleased with, it would of been our pleasure to address it if it was brought to our attention. We did try to contact you to go over your appointment and collect payment but we were unsuccessful in doing so. Unfortunately the grades chosen is a clear indication of confusion when purchasing a promotional voucher. We were called to inquire about pricing on a move out cleaning (construction clean up). Upon giving pricing and booking the appointment; the promotional voucher was then purchased afterwards. We explained that promotional vouchers were not good for move in / move out cleanings as indicated in the fine print of the voucher. One of the many reasons for this is because a detailed cleaning (construction, etc) require's much more time than 4 man hours. We were told the home was refurbished, and minimal cleaning is only needed because of this we agreed to use the voucher. However upon entering the home it was very clear it was neglected; pictures were taken at the start in order to show our client that the home would in no way be able to be completed on a timed appointment. As we believe/hope he may not of known himself as it was a vacant home. The 4 man hours were completed but unfortunately the home just needed more hours. A refund was even requested by the client for the voucher and granted. When we called during the appointment for the client to come back, review what was done and give the approval of adding more time we were told he could not hear us and never returned back to the home or returned our call. I assure you we've exhausted all avenues to explain the needs of the home and would of gladly stayed longer to complete it if we were able to achieve your approval of additional time, which would incur additional charges. Our goal is always the happiness of our clients but in order to do so some homes simply require more time, more manpower, and additional expenses. Your voucher was refunded and the work we performed ended up being free I highly doubt this constitutes as an F rating in professionalism. Description of Work: Three young women came to provide a total of 4 hours of housecleaning from the Magic Assistants. They were on time and completed the list of cleaning items that I had requested in about one hour and 15 minutes. They were professional and pleasant. I would be happy to recommend their service and to use them again myself.
